Great & Safe Dive with Nautilus!! - My scuba ended up being just me and Dominick! I let him know I was a newly certified diver. He was very patient with me and checked on me frequently under the water! They took good care of my equipment and theirs! I wanted to dive with them again while in Aruba with friends, but ran out of time. When I’m back in Aruba, Nautilus will be where I go!

Great Shore Dive - Great dive! The team at Nautilus was attentive and professional. Izhar was a great dive guide and helped us over the rocky entrance to “Hole in the Wall”.

I will be back on my next visit to Aruba! - I met them while at Mangel Halto, I contacted them because of the warmth with which I saw that they treated people and I was not mistaken. I did 2 dives with them and they were very good! Thanks to Angela, Bruno and Emanuel, I will definitely return ☺️

Great! - Isaac was great! Nice guy and his colleagues too! We saw a lot fish and had a safe dive! We surely come back here when we are on Aruba again!

Guided and personalized one tank dive! Mangel Halto! - Giovanni was amazing! It was our first dive in over three years and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with their equipment and comfortable in the water! He guided us through the wreck and reef the sea life was incredible we saw multiple eels, lobsters, and many colorful fish. If we had more time we would have also gone on their two tank offshore dives! They provided water and snacks after the dive as well, which was very nice!

Fun and easy dive! - These guys made it real easy to have a nice dive! They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and made the whole experience easy and fun.

An easy, stress free dive - I had a very pleasant diving experience with these guys. Very accommodating last minute, made it stress free and reviewed diving skills with me, truly passionate about their job and it was nice that I wasn't in a big group. Will definitely look them up again when I'm back!

Junior is awesome! - Junior was our dive guide and he has the patience of a saint! As new divers, he made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He pointed out all the cool stuff underwater so I could take pictures and then took pictures of us as well. It was a great dive and we hope to see Junior again real soon.

Greedy, bad equipment, unfathomably reckless - 2023: great experience with Juan, two tank shore dive 2024: 1 dive was great with Junior. I started with 2800 psi and ended with 1500. This will be significant detail in a moment. The 2nd dive could have resulted in a fatality. There was an equipment problem. I checked my depth 7-8 minutes into the dive and noticed that my air was at zero. Zero zero. I could still breathe, alerted Junior, and we turned the dive. During our safety stop, each breath became harder and harder to take as my tank ran out of air. I took Junior’s alternate air. Then, another problem emerged. Each breathe I took from Junior’s air was filled with water. I had to purge the water, take a breath, purge the water again, etc. I imagine it was kind of like being waterboarded, as drowning felt imminent the entire time. I wouldn’t normally check my air only a few minutes into a dive. I happened to have been curious about the depth and I got lucky. When we got back to the dive shop, Juan, the owner, said the problem was that I “breathed too much”. That’s right. He blamed me for breathing 3000 psi of air in just a few minutes. And the alternate air reg that caused me to inhale water? My fault too? He had zero interest in my safety, zero interest in doing the right thing and at least refunding the second dive. The only thing Juan was interested in was that he already had my money. Maybe worse than that, he had zero interest in figuring out how these two major problems occurred so that he could repair or replace the problematic equipment. It’s just sitting there to be used for the next person. On top of Juan’s carelessness, I have had to dispute the cost of the second dive with my credit card company because of Juan’s unbelievable greed. Stay away.

Breach of Contract - Not recommend - I booked a 2-tank boat dive, my main priority was going to see the airplanes. This was confirmed also by writing. After getting to the dive shop they told me that we were not going there as the other divers were not certified enough. After talking to them they said that it will still be possible to go the airplanes. Once on the boat and having left the jetty they just said that we are not going there anymore - they basically trapped me on the boat! This is a breach of contract, they selling me something for 140 USD and not delivering. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour, especially by the two owners Angela and Juan, also their communication especially Juan was absolutely rude, childish and far from professional. Not recommend if you are actually planning to go to specific dive sides. Terrible experience!! The dive masters - who actually lead the individual dives are nice. Reservé un buceo de 2 tanques, mi principal prioridad era ir a ver los aviones. También me lo confirmaron por escrito. Después de llegar a la tienda de buceo me dijeron que no íbamos a ir allí, ya que los otros buceadores no estaban suficientemente certificados. Después de hablar con ellos me dijeron que todavía sería posible ir a ver los aviones. Una vez en el barco y habiendo abandonado el puerto, me dijeron que ya no íbamos a ir allí. Esto es un incumplimiento de contrato, me venden algo por 140 USD y no me lo entregan. Comportamiento absolutamente poco profesional, especialmente por parte de los dos propietarios Angela y Juan, también su comunicación especialmente Juan era absolutamente grosero, infantil y lejos de ser profesional.
