Architecture and history shared in a compelling fashion - Mike led an outstanding architectural tour of historic Savannah. He was friendly, engaging and a pleasure to listen to . Our tour went long but that was due to his slowing down the pace for the benefit of his participants and fully answering questions. He was very professional and shared his deeply researched knowledge enthusiastically.

Mike’s knowledge was fabulous - Wonderful addition to our morning. Mike encourages questions and give them to him because he knows the answers. Questions could be about the buildings or anything else Savannah related. We had a beautiful day to walk and our group was only 8 people. I really appreciate a smaller group tour of 10 or less.

So, so much to see and learn while enjoying the walk through the squares. - The stories of the lives of the architects were as interesting as the buildings they designed. The history of the period, choices made or changed, creativity within limits of building materials, the effect of changing weather patterns, who ruled, who paid and why brought a personal touch to appreciate the city even more. If we had had more time, I would have booked this tour again.

An Afternoon To Remember - It was a beautiful sunny afternoon in Savannah. Our tour guide, Kelsey Palko, met us at Oglethorpe Square at the start of our tour. Tall and handsome with a warm smile, Kelsey gave us a remarkable walk through the streets and squares of the Savannah historic district. Without rushing he shared detailed descriptions of the five major architects who designed the beautiful buildings and homes that we saw. His knowledge is thorough and he answered our questions in detail. We are locals of Savannah and this was our first time doing a walking tour of the city. It was a personal tour that we will always remember. Can't wait to tell our guests to do it!!! Thank you very much!!
