Educational and interesting - We did the guided tour with a drink included at the end. It actually exceeded expectations. Emi, our tour guide, was fantastic. Energetic and super knowledgeable. I really learned a lot about the effects prohibition had on US history. Highly recommend!

Prohibition Museum - We bought tickets ahead of time but when we were in line to enter we realized we had a self guided admission. We asked about upgrading and I can’t possibly tell you how much the person taking tickets helped us be able to attend the guided tour at a great price and we got the last two spots for the upcoming tour. I didn’t get his name but thank you! Emi was our tour guide and I was so impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm for what she was telling us. Once we got into the Speak Easy she really seemed to explode with the extra knowledge she had about the prohibition! I would definitely recommend the narrated tour verses the self tour 😃

Don’t pass it up! - This was one of the coolest museums! We had some time to kill during the day and thought it sounded fun to check out. We did the self guided tour as we wanted to go through it at our own pace. From the second we walked in, we were entranced by the history, interactiveness, and fun the museum brought. Artifacts, videos, newspapers, pictures and more captured the prohibition time in such a captivating way. The museum was laid out to bring you full circle to today’s drinking laws. We ended at the bar and the wonderful bartender made delicious drinks to top off our tour. Whether or not you’re a history buff or know much about prohibition, this museum is a piece of history you don’t want to miss out on. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah!

All I can say is WOW! Great tour! - I was enthralled in all the history I learned from this tour. Learned things I had never heard before, or else I was sleeping in American History class in school. It was definitely worth it, all very well done!!

Fun way to learn the history! - The museum was very interesting and had a lot of interesting history. We learned a lot. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very nice. I think it is a little overpriced, this is probably because the guided tour includes a cocktail. I overall a fun and interesting experience.

Prohibition tour in a hurry - This tour is small and the building it’s done in is small. So the space for the visitors is all done in a very tight space. I found that the you didn’t have any time to read the information that was on the walls of the tour as if you wanted to hear what the tour guide was saying he kept the tour moving from section to section with no time to browse. With that said you wouldn’t have needed much time to browse as the exhibits and the information along side them were small. It all felt like you were being rushed . Even at the end of the tour when we were given our cocktails that we had purchased in the price of the tickets we were basically told to hurry and drink up!
