Interesting and fun - Really interesting and fun and the same time. We just did the self-guided tour with a cocktail at the end and really enjoyed ourselves. All in all took about 1.5 hours. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area and with a few hours to spare.

Worth a visit - Great museum! Exhibits are nicely done and presented in a very interesting way, there are also great photo opportunities in addition to a lot of really good content. Very engaging way to show this part of American history.

Engaging Tour - Engaging tour. Lots of fun facts. Many colorful characters in the prohibition movement. See how prohibition contributed to the great depression and the clever ways Americans handled this (mostly) unpopular constitutional amendment. Follow the tour with a visit to the on-site speakeasy.

Interesting And Fabulous Artifacts & Photos - We took a self-guided tour & saw many interesting artifacts & photos. Most photos were accompanied by a detailed description or news article. Lots of history here that we never knew. One room was devoted to the flappers, dancing the Charleston and more from the 1920's. The museum also covered the mob era and the beginning of NASCAR.

Fun Stuff - We had fun reading some of the facts about the Prohibition that we did not realize happened. If you can do the guided tour it is worth the extra money and don't forget to add the drinks for the speakeasy afterwards.

Great museum - The American Prohibition Museum was really cool! Lots of artifacts, stories and information about every aspect of the prohibition era. There is a speakeasy within the museum that serves cocktails of this era. The gift shop also has many unique items. Walking the museum, and enjoying a cocktail took us a little over an hour. We really enjoyed it !

Interesting History! - Husband and I enjoyed the museum! Learned a lot of interesting information and enjoyed the wonderful wax figures. Speakeasy was beautiful but limited seating. We watched in amazement as the bartender made about 7/8 different drinks at a time. I’m guessing we waited about 10 mins for our drinks.
