Our tour guide was fantastic. She spoke loudly and clearly and had great information and stories about each stop. The only reason I gave the tour 4 instead of 5 stars is that our group was huge, about 3 times bigger than other tour groups I saw. Not sure why that happened. Otherwise a great tour that I'd definitely recommend.

the guide, Leroy, was great! he was very knowledgeable. on the website it says we will “visit” the houses but all we did was stand in front of them and listen. when something says “visit”, one would assume that we would be going into the houses, which is why i booked this tour.

I initially wasnt going to leave a review, but received an email asking me to rate my experience, so here it is. I’ve done a ghost tour in almost every US city I’ve visited over the past decade, and this was by far my poorest experience. The tour guide narrated in a way that was more reminiscent of gossiping with friends that recounting tales from one of the most haunted cities in the US. From a historical standpoint, there were statements made that were inaccurate. Additionally, they seemed to have only a superficial knowledge of the story behind “midnight in the garden of good and evil. I could see past some inaccuracies if there was an excellent delivery, or past a bland narration if otherwise informative, but the combination was disappointing.

Boring and flat. Didn’t get much from it. Was ready to leave half way through tour. The description of the tour made it seem like it would go through the grave yards and explore more of the haunted areas. Did not stand up to the what was advertised or reviews. Would not recommend to anyone to take this tour. Waste of money and did not like the experience at all! Had a very hard time understanding the tour guide. Was not scary, haunting, or fun! Reached out to chat message of company said I would hear something from “upper management” we shall see what they say. But I felt like it was a waste of my hard earned money and a scam! Had other. Would give a negative stats if possible.
