Make me a believer - Andrew and Katie were very supportive and welcoming to everyone! We got a lot of activity last night and they were there to help guide us at any moment!

A Hidden Gem of Spirit Encounters! Absolute Must Try! - We have done ghost tours and investigations in Savannah for the last 25 years - and this experience was the absolute pinnacle of them all! It was a very active building featuring two main floors of three with a **fantastic** guide, Katie, who offered to be as hands on or hands off in the experience as guests wanted (we were very thankful she remained with us through the investigation to guide and assist - especially when others in the investigation wanted to attempt the Estes Method [very exciting!]!). We had an array of instruments to use, such as the REM Pod, EMF, Thermal Cameras, Grids, Spirit Box, Mapping Software, "cat toys" and Ovilus. We had *consistent* interaction with a number of "residents" through all mediums and with it being such a small group, it really gave us quality time in investigation where it didn't feel crowded or rushed like many similar experiences can be. Many eerie moments but also really intriguing and exciting ones! The history of the building is shared while being introduced to the investigation opportunity and certainly explains why there are so many opportunities for entity encounters. Husband loved it, teen girl loved it - I loved it and we will certainly be back again at this location! If you're looking for something absolutely unique to all the ghost tourism activities in Savannah - DO NOT pass on this experience! Bring your phones for camera and recording - you may find quite the souvenir of your trip to Savannah!

An eerily good time - My group had such a good time, we forgot to take photos! There was lots of spirit activity and a few of them even called us by name!!! (Both equally, creepy and exciting!) We could have easily spent all night exploring here

Good time! - It was super cool to be able to use some paranormal tools and explore a haunted building! We didn’t get a ton of action but did get some intelligent responses on the spirit box

Perfect for Beginners - My Husband and I had a wonderful time. It was a wonderful and it felt personal, if you wanna feel what ghost hunters do this is the place they have all the equipment that ghost hunters have everyone will have a chance to use different equipment and play with them. Our host Kaite was just awesome gave us a lot of historic info and the ghosts there as well, the history there is just overwhelming (in good way) I love history anyway so it was cool. On to the creepy stuff we did have some spooky experiences Katie took us upstairs to start the investigation and also to give us little bit more info on the ghosts that are there and there names and explain on how to use the equipment. When we were on the third floor I was standing more in the kitchen part near the table there was a room beside the kitchen in a corner and that room just felt off I did not not like that room and that was before Katie was explaining what that room was it was the boiler room so that's where you wanna be cause the activity there can be a little bit intimating. The other room that we were in there's an old TV I can't remember the name of the room it was me my husband and our host Katie, Katie decided to bring in the famous cat balls and put in the middle of the room we asked the spirit there to move it and it would roll in a circle and then it would roll to the rocking chair and it come back to Katie, we even asked one the guests to jump to see if it would roll around since there were 7 other people with us cause we thought it was all the walking around and the ball did not move so that was pretty werid. My husband and I will definitely be back this place is great 1000/10 and Thanks to Katie for being a great host :)

Awesome experience! - We went to experience this for our bachelorette party! (I'm getting married!) And it was awesome! So super fun! We learned about the equipment and what to expect and the rules and then we were set loose! It was amazing and so spooky! Andrew and Katie were awesome! Would definitely go back for another great time!

Wonderful time, highly recommend - Katie and ted were wondering tour guides. Me and my friend enjoyed our investigation and even got to do the Estes method!

Hands on experience was mind altering - The night started off quiet, then it took off. My wife had an intense session, mine was less intense but still very interesting. Being able to use the professional tools was cool, and Bex and Andrew were helpful without being controlling. My experience really makes me think, it was more intense than I had expected. Next time we come to Savannah, we are doing it again. Thanks Bex and Andrew for a great experience!

Expected something different. - It was not what we expected. I thought it would be more of a experience with an actual ghost hunter using equipment and showing us what they see, hear, etc. This was a self guided, the workers, showed us some gadgets and sent us on our own. Fun, interesting, don't know that I will do it again.

Waste of money and time - This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent! A bunch of low end RadioShack clearance items That randomly lit up or beeped just to keep you on the hook to waste an hour and a half of your time. Kudos to the lady that worked there that went around with us who tried to make the experience better, although nothing happened. She tried to cover up the fact that nothing was happening by trying to persuade the spirits to come hang out with us. Not to mention, the building was old, but filled with mold and horrific smells. They should pay me to walk through something like this next time. Do not waste your money!! The only thing that would make this experience worth your time is if they served alcohol… The only spirits you’ll find there.
