Great tour miss information given - The tour it self was great. I paid for 5 guest and because of the mix up with the address as to wear we where to meet the tour was text to me wrong 1 friend of mine missed the tour she was in a Uber down on river street and missed. The 4 of us just made it in fact we where 10 mintues late but someone from the tour company called me and we happened to be around the corner so they waited for us...my friend for a tour she didn't get to go on and was told no refunds when it was the staffs fault.

Fun Tour - We were treated to a fun evening by our guide “Inez” and skillful driver, Toby. “Inez” was talented, knowledgeable and entertaining offering us historical insights into the tragedies & spirits of Savannah’s past. A bonus to the evening was a pickup & return to our hotel.

Spooky Savannah Tour - This tour was a lot of fun and every informative. Included on the tour was a private after hours entrance to one of the museums. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Dead people hop on and off at different locations (when they showed up) and was a little hokey. They advertise a $5.00 off coupon code on their website but it doesn't exist and you won't be able to use it. It is a fun time.

Fun but not mind-blowing - This tour was fun but not amazing. I think the most impressive part was, as we pulled out of the parking lot, the top of the trolley snagged a loose power line (this was soon after Helene barreled through). Rita, the driver, got out and manhandled those lines like a boss. The tour guide just sort of stood there, which was a bit awkward. But Rita freed us and off we went. I can't remember our guide's name, but the young man was funny at times and very nice. The actors were something I could have not experienced. The "boo hag" guy was just too loud and got right into people's faces. (I liked him much better as a musician on their day tour) There are too many ugly buglies around for that sort of thing. Dinner at the Pirate's House was fun, and we got the salmon and gumbo, both of which were good. It was great to sit with other folks and get to know them.

Fun in the end - Devon, our host was great, really enjoyed ourselves once the tour started. Booking via Viator was not ideal. We had two issues resulting from using this rather than booking direct. 1. Your guidance sent us to Boundary Street which was not accurate. We had to call the company to get the correct address (Montgomery). 2. No mention of having to book the pick up prior to 6pm. We called at 6.15pm and weren’t able to take advantage of this option.

Ghost stories tour - got picked up at our hotel which was a nice bonis, but then had to wait for 25 minites at the starting location and just make due. Didnt know what to expect, we sat in the very back with our 12 year old, his granmother, and gf. Nararator used a microphone that was barely hearable over the loud engine from the trolly. The 3 random characters that came on board throughout the tour did not use the microphone but their theatrical voices did a decent job. The whole tour was basically rolling around town and hearing random stories in a sub par, latharchical, mono toned way that just rambled on. Nothing really caught our attention at all, never took away anything really except a couple locations that we visited the day after. We did stop at one house and we all walked around with little chatter and a small story once again from soft spoken mono-tone girl. I would suggest getting one of the characters who actually put on a show to help nararate the experience and really try and grab our attention. it should also be called the ‘Ghost Story Tour’ for that is what it really is. We passed by countless walking tours that seemed to be more of a ghost tour than ours. But if you want to roll around for an hour and a half and sight see while kicking back and not hear kids whining about walking everywhere, then this is for you!

Not worth the cost. - It was almost a repeat of the day tour I had done earlier. A lot of the time I was not sure which building she was speaking of. Very disappointed

Beware of trolley texting drivers - Gal hosting was great. Nice voice. Too cheesy. But the trolley driver texting while driving and only driving with left foot was unacceptable.
