Best way to see Savannah - Great tours! Very easy way to learn all about Savannah in one day. Trolley takes you all around and through the city. Riverboat is a great way to see the riverfront and enjoy a cocktail or two…

Great way to see the history of Savannah ! - The Trolly tour was awesome… gave us a good idea on what squares we wanted to visit the next day. Our guide was excellent… very informative and gave great suggestions on what not to miss. The cruise was okay but coulda skipped it… kinda boring scenery except for River street. The drinks were great though !

Trip review - It was all good with the exception of the fact that we came back to a $25 ticket on the windshield of our car for parking in your parking lot. We were never told where to park nor did we know there would be a fee for parking there.

Savannah getaway - Great way to see Savannah but understand if you park at visitors center there is a long walk back to car from cruise port. And be careful to pay the self meter for a full day parking as you will get ticketed for $25 fine if you don't. No one was onsite to assist.

Will research other companies first - Booked my reservation online 2 days in advance as we only had 3 days planned in Savannah. I have used Gray Line many times in other cities and always had a good experience. I booked the land and sea tour. I also needed hotel pick up and drop off. The day of the tour the shuttle bus was late and had other pick up after us. When we got to the visitors center our driver was waiting with an older bus. Our tour guide was fantastic. Very informative and added some humor too. The ride was not smooth or comfortable. You could hear every squeak and could feel every bump in the road at times drowning out the tour guide. When we got to River St for the sea portion our guide told us there would be a bus waiting for us when we got off to take us back to our hotels. The sea portion had a very informative guide and the ride was smooth, relaxing and enjoyable. After our tour we went to catch the shuttle to go back to our hotel. However, there was no shuttle there. We waited patiently and still no shuttle. We called and was told the bus would be there within 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes bye and still no shuttle. We called again..again told 10 minutes. We called again. Finally after 93 minutes a shuttle came. Needless to say this was poor customer service. The concierge at our hotel asked how the tour was. He informed us that that tour included a 2nd day of pick ups. My family decided on another tour and booked with another tour company with no issues. We immediately booked an evening tour with them. This experience will have me researching other tour companies before booking with Gray Line.

Cruise was very much overpriced - The large Georgia queen ship was beautiful and romantic I enjoyed touring the ship I think it was a off day and a weekend cruise would have more people on board
