Great Tour! - Me and my parents had so much fun on this walk! Not only did we learn about the buildings’ history and a brief overview of the architecture, but the guide was nice enough to give us food recommendations and point us towards other fun and educational activities.

The best! - Mr. Brad was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We’d highly recommend this tour. Our 9 year old needed some encouragement to stay engaged, but for any children who love history, this is a winner.

Guide issues!! - The tour itself was informative, but our tour guide needs to remember that he is in the service and tourism business and he should take care to embrace inclusion of all peoples and opinions. Brad (real name William tour operator number 1204) needs to curb his opinions and keep his political views to himself! You never know who you will have in a tour group, and it is simply bad business to potentially alienate the entire group in the first two minutes! To start with, he texted us the evening before giving a BS story asking us to switch to the following day. I suspect that we were the only two on the tour and since he had only three on the next day he didn’t want to do both tours. My suspicions were confirmed when we showed up the next day and were the only two who had been scheduled for the day before! Second, “Brad” was then late for our tour the following day. It was no big deal, but was still a little annoying! Then within the first two minutes, he offended us by asking where we were from and then making disparaging remarks about our original state! He then proceeded to insult the ENTIRE group about it being a good thing that “at least we now all live in very ‘RED’ states” at which point the other people in our group actually had to ask him to please leave politics out the discussions! Don’t get me wrong, ‘Brad’ has every right to his views, it is just not appropriate to bring them up when he has no idea who he was talking to! He made a few other comments during the tour, but at that point we were pretty much over things. We will for sure avoid using your services in the past as we were very put off by the poor choices of this tour guide!
