Old Town Trolley Tours will momentarily lower seating capacity to maintain social distance among passengers. The tour includes notable landmarks like the Davenport House, Forsyth Park, Colonial Park Cemetery, the world-renowned River Street, City Market, birthplace of Juliette Gordon Low, Mercer House, Broughton Street, Andrew Low House, Telfair Museum, The Waving Girl, among many others.
- Standard-sized wheelchairs can be accommodated on this tour, please contact the local operation to request a wheelchair-accessible trolley. We request 24-hour advance notice
- If your wheelchair is collapsible and the guest utilizing it is ambulatory and able to use any of the seats provided on the tour vehicle, the wheelchair can be collapsed and stored on the tour vehicle and the guest and their party may make full use of the on/off privileges. Please make our CASTmembers aware of this fact if you intend to make use of the tour in this manner.

Hop On/Hop Off Trolley - Our guides were great. We had Kris, with a K, Megan…who had the coolest trolley 😄, Phil, and Mel Bell. Two of us had been here before, but learned different things today! All were so very friendly. Thanks!

Excellent Bus Tour! - This tour was so fun & so informative. We hopped off & on many times and all of the drivers were fantastic! We learned tons & the stops were in great spots. We loved this service!

Good tour, too many restaurant/bar "recommendations" - We had a good experience with the trolley tour. We wanted to see some of the sights in order to get ideas of where to stop later. The driver was entertaining and friendly but we tired of the references to the restaurants (clearly they are told which restaurants to mention and what to say) and it started to feel a bit like a lot of advertising to direct us to the places that sponsor them. In the end, the tour was worthwhile because it gave us a good snapshot of the highlights in Savannah.

Ups and downs - Two out of four tour guides were good. Long waits to get a trolley and huge delay at end to just go at the station. Got very weird and strange in the end. The two that were superiorly good deserve a raise and the others need training.

Meh, Michael needs to retire or rename his bus the grumpy old man bus. - Tony was awesome. Michael was rude af. Samantha was very helpful and nice. Just walk off of you see Michael as the driver.

Pricey - We were charged full price for the last tour of the day- no hop on or off.
Even in Europe when we have experienced many hop on tours, there was a reduced fare later in the day.
We paid $25+ per hour!
Certainly not a good experience in seeing Savannah.

Choose another trolley - We chose this trolley to try out thinking that, since they are the most popular, they would have the most trolleys running and shorter wait times. Wrong. Just two people and we had five trolleys pass us at stop 3 that were completely full. Two Savannah metro buses passed us in that time with space, along with two Olde Savannah Trolleys, one which was full and one which had plenty of space. When we finally squeezed on two (separated) seats on a trolley there were at least five other people who had been waiting with us the whole time still there. Choose a less crowded competitor.

No trolley/Disappointed - Unfortunately, what started off lovely did not end that way. We were able to get our trolley at stop one and we enjoyed our driver, and then we got off at five to have lunch and look around. Our plan was to pick up the next location at stop eight, but when we got to stop eight, they told us that that one was closed because they were building a restaurant there, so the lady sent us down a road construction road to go to stop nine.....we were not supposed to be walking through the road construction we found out from the workers.. When we got to stop nine a trolley came up unloaded some people, but would not let us on it because he said he was just there to drop off so he told us to go across the street and wait on another trolley to come, but the trolley never came. It was only about 4:15 in the afternoon so we should've had another trolley come, but it didn't. At that point, torrential rain and thunder and lightning started and we had to walk and run all the way back to our Airbnb , and we never saw another trolley. Very disappointed. It was a lot of money and we do not feel like we got our money worth.
