The tour begins at the terminal of the port of Messina, where the driver will meet you at your ship’s gate. In just 45 minutes, the journey will take you to Savoca, renowned for its enchanting old town. Its elevated position provides stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. After a one-hour stop, the tour continues to Taormina, allowing you two hours of free time to explore one of Sicily’s most beautiful and distinctive cities. On the return to Messina, there will be a visit to the Sanctuary of Christ the King and the cathedral, known for its bell tower housing the world’s largest and most intricate mechanical and astronomical clock. At the conclusion of the tour, you will be escorted back to your ship’s gate.
