PADI Open Water Diving Certification - Oceano Dive and Surf provided professional training and certification while making the overall experience extremely fun and exciting. Manuel and Oswaldo were fantastic instructors, paying special attention to details and providing step by step instruction. I Olán on furthering my PADI certifications through them.

Oceano Adventures is AMAZING!! - Oceano Adventures is an amazing dive center with awesome Instructors! I went SCUBA diving at Marietas Island (one day) and at Los Arcos (two days) - there are so many ocean creatures to see here!! I loved getting my Rescue Diver certification with Oswaldo. He was great at making the skills simple! Leila is an amazing human also and I enjoyed the course and people so much I booked some additional fun dives for the same week. We saw a ton of wildlife which Leila is so knowledgeable & passionate about! Sebastian runs the company (and his wife kindly made us lunches!) and did a great job at communicating and driving us to the harbor from Sayulita. The captain and crew we’re great on their small but well maintained boat (sooo helpful that they did EVERYTHING when it came to the gear)! I highly recommend Oceano Adventures and will definitely dive with them again when I return to Sayulita :)

Great team great dive - Highly recommend Oceano Adventures with Sebastian. He has decades of diving experience. He works closely with beginner divers ensuring they stay calm and safe. With more experienced divers, he allows a bit more freedom and trust. Very professional and very amicable. He team (captain and dive instructor) are a wonderful team making.

Life changing experience - We loved this adventure! Since we are new to diving, I was apprehensive- but Andre and Gerardo were so patient, kind, and calm that it was perfect. The dive was magical, and the snorkeling afterwards was also spectacular. Lots to see! Lunch and the waterfall at Yelapa were great too! I loved the balance of beautiful adventure and relaxing time to spend with the other travelers and our guides. The boat ride back was kind of rough for how long it was, but that’s my only complaint (since the trip out was broken up multiple times, the ride back felt long and bumpy). We’ve decided we are now “dive people” since the guys made it so accessible and fun! We are already excited to come back!

5/5 Scuba Diving Experience - Incredible! Went with my family of 4 (teens 2 adults) and we had a blast. Highly recommend Andres and Tasha as instructors. They supplied great food and drinks.

Los Arcos and Las Marrietas Diving - Me and my cousin went diving at Los Arcos one day and the next Las Marrietas. Andre and Leo were both awesome Dive Masters. They helped with everything. Andre is a really cool guy with lots of stories and he also recommended good places to eat and other things to do while in town. Highly recommended.

Awesome time diving Los Arcos! - We had a great experience with Oceano Adventures and will definitely book more dives with them anytime we’re back in Sayulita. Clarissa, who runs the front desk, was so responsive via email and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. The dive boat was super comfortable and the crew was great. Our dive master, Leif, was not only a cool, down-to-earth guy, but also extremely knowledgeable and made us feel safe throughout both dives. We dove Los Arcos and saw a lobster, lots of puffer fish, a turtle, a stingray, starfish, and countless tropical fish. Visibility was not bad in December and the water was relatively warm (we asked for wetsuits but probably would have been fine without them). Thanks for the great time, guys!

Worst dive shop ever - DO NOT BOOK with these thieves. We booked a dive with this company on line while staying at Secrets/Dream resort in Puerto Vallarta. We followed the directions as given on their web site to head out for what was hopefully was going to be a great day of diving. While in the cab we realized that the information we were given was incorrect. We tried calling the dive shop to get additional information only to find out that there was no one available to answer the phone. We left messages and were finally contacted through the "What's Up" app. They admitted that their internet cable had been cut and could not communicate via email. They also admitted that they had no cell phone service and the only way they could communicate was through the "What's Up" app. Their service and ability to communicate with us was so horrific that we had to turn around and go back to our resort. Our day of diving was ruined and it cost us the cab fare plus the $88 charge from Oceano Adventures for failing to "cancel" a trip within 24 hrs. If this was a reputable company they would have recognized the difficulties and disappointments we experienced that day and refunded our $88 deposit. NEVER AGAIN with these crooks. There are much better dive companies in Puerto Vallarta to book with. By the way, I'm an Advanced PADI diver and have dove all around the Caribbean and Mexico. I have also notified the dive shops in the Portland Oregon area to our experience and against recommending this dive shop.
