Intimate Cooking Experience. Highly Recommend! - We were looking for an authentic experience and it surpassed our expectations. Giacomo is a warm and engaging host with a knowledge of cooking that has been passed down from his grandmother. It’s obvious that his grandmother is a very good cook; he has inherited her love of cooking and is gracious to share his skills with others. The meal we prepared with him was superb! Highly recommend.

Very nice host and a lovely workshop to do on a cloudy day - It was a very nice workshop, just with your own group (i did it with my boyfriend). We learned a lot about italian food and other. The host was very friendly and we really felt at home. Would definitely recommend, ideally for a more cloudy day.

I had a ball, learned a lot and enjoyed the fruits of my labor along with the fruits of the wine grapes. - Giacomo Pratellesi was a wonderful host, as well as lunch companion. The best part was that WE made that lunch - from scratch. I had always pictured myself going to Italy, finding a Nonna and having her teach me her family recipes and teach me to make fresh handmade pasta. I did not get the Nonna, but I did get her grandson who is carrying on the family recipes for his 101 year old Nonna. I had a ball, learned a lot, and enjoyed the fruits of my labor along with the fruits of the wine grapes. It's a great price. It's an intimate experience. Giacomo is a delight.

Wonderful experience with friendly host and great food - We had the absolute pleasure of taking a pasta-making course with Giacomo, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we started, it was clear that he not only has incredible skill and knowledge about Italian cuisine, but also a warm and welcoming personality that made the entire class so much fun. Giacomo was patient, engaging, and made sure everyone was having a great time while learning. He showed us some recipes from his grandmother which made the experience extra authentic. We had the best time and left with not only delicious pasta but also wonderful memories. Highly recommend!

The intimate environment, hands-on learning of pasta techniques, and delicious outcome all combined made it the perfect experience!
