It’s so fun but ignore some of the rude staff - This was a fantastic experience despite about 1/2 the staff who are extremely rude and demanding. If you can just ignore them (or ask them to be kinder as I did) then you will have a blast. For those from the states particularly Texas, this is like Schlitterbahn but with zip lines & some cool extras (like the swim cave & cenote).

This was absolutely worth... - This was absolutely worth it! I love that you are able to do as you please and not follow a group! Get ready to HIKE if you plan on see the blue hole or zip line- but WORTH IT

Family Christmas Fun - The Scape Park was great. The people were friendly which made the experience better. I didn’t realize the amount of steps for the zip lines so be prepared. Getting to the Cenote was treacherous due to the rain. The path could use some rocks to prevent people from falling but it was worth the hike! We almost missed the swim cave because it wasn’t on the recommended itinerary given upon entrance so don’t miss it. It was one of the highlights of the entire day. Try to get there when it opens if you want to do everything. The time between each event takes a lot of time and they close early. All in all everyone had a great time!

Great family excursion! - This was a great family excursion! Our kids (7, 11 & 14) loved it! They enjoyed the eco splash zip line, cave swim, Hoyo Azul, and salted azules. Swimming and seeing the natural beauty of the cliffs, caves and water was amazing. My younger two also were thrilled to take pictures with parrots and monkeys! The. staff was so helpful and the lunch options were good.

Best fun in the Dominican - This place had lots for everyone to enjoy. All the water activities and the land activities were fun. Be sure to wear comfortable water shoes that do not hurt your feet because there is a lot of walking up and down uneven terrain and stairs. You’ll get a good workout for the entire day.

A fun adventure park!!... - A fun adventure park!! Definitely bring water shoes, and comfortable ones because you will do a TON of walking. The cenote is beautiful! Iguana land is also super cool!

Great Park but not long enough there - The park is great with plenty to do.A lot of walking between activities.Our pick up was 2.45pm which was too early as the park closes at 5pm and we did not get enough time to do everything

At least they had cute monkeys - Most anticipated attraction cnote was closed, food was okay, but finished all attractions by noon, waited till 3 for transportation

For adventure and outdoorsy folk only. - The park has too many wasps flying around and the cave near the entrance requires you to hike a mountain and no one explained that or warned us. It was too intense. As far as the blue hole, the zip lining, cave swim and the zip line in the water area was amazing. But there’s way too many wasps flying around that should be controlled. A woman that works there was giving cortisone cream to a woman that was stung multiple times and she said at least 1 or 2 people a day get stung like this and come to her. My whole experience I spent in full anxiety from the amount of bees. I could not enjoy. Also it’s too much of a hike to each experience. The cantina near the entrance for food cost $40 for 2 coffees and empanadas. That’s insane! DR is supposed to be much more affordable than the states. Overall I was miserable during this excursion.

Unprofessional and rude . Do not book and aviator does not support integrity and customer service - Do not book . Very unprofessional business and platform . My flight was cancelled and I contacted viator immediately. They sent them a refund request and they did not respond until I communicated to them that. Refund request was sent and my travel plans were interrupted. They were very disrespectful and I will never book with either businesses. How do you allow a business to make a decision due to flight interruption, when they were contacted. Then how ironic during the second attempt from viator the refund was denied. Then it escalated to management where I showed the text messages to prove that this lacks integrity and professionalism and you do not refund a customer. Don’t book !
