SO FUN - LOVED this. Guides very fun and upbeat. Made us feel safe Beautiful views with fun pictures after. As a 61 year old woman I was a little nervous about take off which my guide handled effortlessly.

Tandem Staff is Lack of Professional customer service - I had never been able to do my fly with Tandem because no one contacted me to set up the time I had to meet the paragliding instructor to be able to fly. It took me two days to get a hold of Tandem staff, and he said my flight was cancelled because of the bad weather forecast and no one would be doing paragliding in Poiana Brasov on January 27. So, I accepted the lie from the Tandem staff worker. I spoke on the phone and decided to go skiing in the same place where all the paragliding take off and fly. So, a Tandem staff employee clinically lied to me because the weather in Poiana Brasov was sunny, with no wind, and many people were enjoying paragliding. Tandem is not a reliable and trustworthy company. As proof of this lack of good service from Tandem, I have a video of the other people enjoying paragliding with the date and time
