Our company strictly hires qualified drivers. Our inventory consists of a range of Mercedes Benz models. Every vehicle in our fleet is maintained to be no more than 5 years old and is kept immaculate at all times. We ensure our vehicles offer a high degree of comfort. Complimentary Wi-Fi and bottled water are available in every one of our vehicles.
If you want to be picked up at the airport, please provide your flight number when booking. When you have arrived at the airport, your driver will pick you up at the arrival hall. Your driver will also send you a text message that he/she is waiting for you. So please put your phone immediately on after you arrived. You can recognize your personal driver by the name plate with your name on it. After meeting your driver, he will help you carry your luggage and bring you to the vehicle.
You don’t have to worry if your plane arrived earlier or later, because we will monitor your flight. We consider your flight as a no show, if the plane has already landed for 90 minutes, the baggage has been handled and we cannot reach you.
