Though its name harks back to the town’s early days, this is not a sleepy neighborhood. Old Town pulses with loads of creative energy, art installations, performances and alfresco dining options. Let an informative guide lead you through the best parts of town and then continue to explore at your leisure after the tour. This small-group tour is limited to 6 people per tour guide, ensuring you’ll receive personal attention from your guide.
- Minimum age is 12 years to ride
- Travelers under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Travelers must weigh at least 80 lbs (45 kg) to ride
- Helmets are required for all travelers
- Please note: Wear comfortable shoes and clothes, and bring sunglasses. All Segways have a front handlebar bag for any personal belongings.

Perfect hour and a half! - Michael was great. An hour & a half was perfect, and the price was really reasonable. Your was so interesting. Learned so much about Scottsdale & like going through a gallery of statues.
Keaton was shadowing, learning the ropes. He was so sweet & respectful.

Wonderful Family Experience - We had a couple of nervous family members to start our day; however, they were soon converted and scooting around like have been on a Segway for years. The instructor took the time to ensure everyone was generally comfortable in the parking lot and then made a point of having one of our family members right next to him (who was still a bit nervous). He was constantly reassuring and soon everyone was having a great time. The riding was more fun for the kids than most of the commentary but the adults enjoyed learning about local restaurants and some history. We would recommend this tour to any of our friends.

Fun Ride! - Michael was a great leader and instructor. We had a good time and will do again! Loved the history lesson he gave us and I didn’t realize how pretty Old Town Scottsdale was.

Exciting and interesting Tour - We had a terrific experience from start to finish. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The Segway was fun to ride and Old Town Scottsdale was scenic and vibrant. Highly recommend this adventure while in Scottsdale.

Thanks to Brian and Larry, Segway is now my friend. - Years ago I booked a Segway tour with another company. The instruction was minimal, and I had an accident that left me fearful of getting on a Segway again.
I have since taken two tours with Scottsdale Segway Tours. The first was in December with some of my family. I explained my concerns to Brian, and with his patient instruction and watchful attention, I became comfortable. My confidence restored, I very much enjoyed the tour.
I went again in January with different family members. Larry was our tour guide, and Brian assisted. Once again, the instruction was thorough, and the tour itself was informative and entertaining. Larry and Brian are delightful. It was a lovely day to experience a novel mode of transportation and become more familiar with some of what makes Scottsdale unique.

Scottsdale on the Segway. - Ryan was very professional and funny and knowledgeable about the history of Scottsdale. We went to one of the suggested restaurants for lunch and had great meal.

Short tour - Decided to do this for some unique fun. The old town Scottsdale area is beautiful and enjoyed what time we had touring around on the segways. We were disappointed that u were actually on the segways for only about 45min of the “2 hour” tour. First 30min is getting checked in, watch safety video, trial of how to use Segway ( incredibly easy to use ) . Then 1/2way thru tour u stop and get 20min to walk around the shops. Then back to the office. Granted the Scottsdale touring area is small but we felt we wanted more time on the fun machine. Price was $65 which is reasonable. Tour guide was nice/helpful but don’t expect a ton of historical information.
