Rip off - Good but this package is priced 3.5X the actual package. All other places online, offline and local are selling this for 999 only. Plus you have to pay extra for dive suit. It's a total rip off....

## Terrible Scam @ Extreme Diving Grand Island tour- Scuba Diving Experience @ Goa - ## Terrible Scam @ Extreme Diving Grand Island tour- Scuba Diving Experience @ Goa
I would like to share a terrible experience we had at North Goa with one well published scuba diving package at Goa. It was indeed a great mental torture for the tourists who were involved in.
We planned the activities with two families including 3 kids of different age. From Bangalore we booked online through an agent by the name Aarush. We were told 2200/- pp for those who taking part in water activities and for just sightseeing people 1350pp. These are special charges as we booking through chat service. Website showed 3000/- plus pp.
From the beginning, the coordination was not so remarkable. The charges were very reasonable and hence opted for their package with loads of dreams in mind. We made an advance payment of 5000/- as requested.
After reaching Goa, the agent was not calling back nor responding with details for pick up and drop facility. After trying to reach them multiple times they just left a msg to b ready by 8.30am. As we had option to reach there on our own we reached mentioned place at 9.30am as finalized. It was very narrow and remote area and not a beach side. There were multiple boats seen on the backwaters.
There were complete chaos and no proper guide or any sort of guidance were provided as we reached the coco jetty point at Canolim beach side by the coordinator assigned by Aarush. The coordinator was not around.
We were asked to board a boat, there was no proper way of help to enter the boat. We had to climb some bamboo sticks and jump inside the boat.
We were skeptical about the activities but still with some ray of hope sat inside the boat. They kept saying to each passenger they will start the boat in 15min but finally delayed up to 2 hours reason being they were waiting for boat to get completely filled though they did not reveal right reason. We realized their intentions as we waited so long to see the boat was full.
We were asked for extra payment of 200/- pp for scuba diving dress along with balance amount 7000/- to be paid. This additional payment for scuba diving dress was not mentioned during our initial talks with Aarush.
As we see the trip was getting much delayed we all started feeling uncomfortable. Finally we called the contact person to see whether we can cancel the activities and get the refund. But it was a chaotic talk and we waited again calmly.
While talking to other tourists on same boat we understood that charges were so different varying from 1200 to 2400/- pp…
After so much chaos boat started after two long hours, no life jackets were provided at start of journey. They supplied a bread sandwich, samosa and banana for breakfast. At some point (middle of the sea) the driver stopped the boat. When people asked for water they told we will feel nauseous and hence denied the travellers request for having water though they climes, all meals and unlimited beer and other food items free with package.
This was really bad from their end to be so unfriendly as people started vomiting and feeling uneasy in boat.
The driver was so rude and threatening during the boat journey . He told all has to stay in the boat in the middle of sea for 3 hours, so that others can complete a few water activities. Then driver left on a jet ski for some reasons. The boat we were in were tilted to panic us by jet skiing near us. Many started to vomit and feel sea sick.
This created lot of panic and unsafe feeling between all of us. 80 percent of the people opted to get back to any beach so that we can go back home. To top this situation they charged 100/- pp to get back to a beach side those who did not want to resume the package trip. Few ladies were terribly sea sick, kids were crying badly due to unsafe conditions and all these scenes created lot of tensions and worries in mind.
We could clearly understand that it was a real scam to make money. Scare the tourists at middle of the sea and leave no option for tourists other than to escape by paying extra money and leaving without doing any of the water activities. After so much yelling a boat arrived to take passengers to beach side who did not want to resume the trip. People were just asked to jump inside, no safety measures, as all were literally scared were trying hard to get back to land. After dropping first batch the driver kept torturing without coming back to take rest of the tourists back to beach side. After screaming so much he turned up after almost 20-25min.
Somehow, we all were grateful to God that we could reach the beach side and got back our life. From there we had to get back to coco jetty by cab to get our vehicles back. These insane people left our precious day on a toss !!
As we were literally worried about the live situation we were facing, our mental situation did not strike to take a video proof of the situation, excuse me for that!
Friends - Please do not fall into this terrible scam. As websites were well published and looked so awesome we were one among many who were scammed. It was a life threatening journey and a great lesson learned!!!
Always try to go directly to beach and book the water sports activities.

SCAM.... Beware... - Beware of Scuba Diving Scams in Goa - Choose Wisely! ⚠️
As a seasoned traveler and scuba enthusiast, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with scuba diving in Goa, which unfortunately turned out to be far from what I expected. Goa, known for its pristine waters and vibrant marine life, has become a hotspot for scuba diving enthusiasts. However, amidst the beauty lies a dark truth about how online and offline travel agents are deceiving tourists.
Firstly, it's crucial to distinguish between genuine operators and opportunistic scammers. Many online sellers lack basic knowledge about scuba diving; some don't even know what SCUBA stands for! Worse yet, they mislead tourists by promoting trips to Bat Island instead of the desired Grand Island, which offers a superior diving experience.
The heart of the issue lies in the overcrowded and unsafe conditions on these tours. While legitimate operators adhere to safety regulations and employ PADI-certified instructors, others flout rules by overloading boats beyond capacity limits, risking the lives of unsuspecting tourists. It's appalling that these operators prioritize profit over safety, flaunting government regulations with impunity.
Moreover, the blatant misuse of Goa's tourist acts adds insult to injury. Scuba packages advertised at unrealistically low prices lure in tourists, only to extort additional fees for essential gear like wetsuits and fins. This exploitation tarnishes Goa's reputation and endangers the very tourists who seek to explore its underwater wonders.
In conclusion, I urge fellow travelers to exercise caution when booking scuba diving tours in Goa. Research reputable dive centers with a proven track record of safety and customer satisfaction. Look for PADI certification and ensure the tour includes a visit to Grand Island for an authentic scuba experience. Let's not allow a few bad apples to spoil the allure of Goa's marine treasures for everyone.
Stay informed, stay safe, and choose your scuba diving operator wisely to enjoy Goa's underwater beauty responsibly.

FULL SCAM - When we enquired with AKANSHA, She confirmed us with the fake broucher that the package includes scuba diving, parasliding and other activities also, it was around 11 activities...But the package didn't include anything other than basic 4 rides.
They agreed for lesser price but raised the invoice in higher side. They didn't respond to our calls when we tried to call them once we reached. We were waiting around 1 to 2 hrs nearby the beach even after making advance payment.. our trip mode was fully gone after this incident...FULL SCAM!!!
Advice is to not to pay them online.. go directly and avail the best options at cheaper price!

Pathetic service by Divesport.in - Please do not go with "Divesport.in". A female named Akanksha promised 11 activities and the moment v arrived at the location, her phone was unreachable. Also the folks at the location demanded extra money and when we spoke about complaining the issue, they agreed and offered oly 05 activities which is unacceptable. You can directly go to the location and book the activities which are much cheaper than what these scammers quote. BEWARE and don't get FOOLED

Don't go via goatourplanner for any of their plans, they outsource to some cheap vendors. - Coming to scuba diving trip, they have not even cleaned the equipment, which is kept in mouth after use, everyone uses same equipment again and again. Totally unprofessional cheap labor.
The boat was crowded, and food smell stinks, if you are non-alchoholic and vegetarian, then you are gone. My family suffered with horrible headaches due to food and alcohol smell on the small boat.
We were promised for scuba photos and videos, but they demanded extra money for sharing the photos, till not we haven't received any photos.
WORST SCUBA DIVING AND WORST TOURS PLANNER.
