We will include Stureplan, Linnégatan, Nybrogatan, and Strandvägen on our route.
  • Ostermalm Saluhall - As one of Stockholm’s greatest food halls, Saluhall also serves as one of the most impressive architectural landmarks in the city center dating back to the 19th-century. We will go through the market so you get to experience the delicacies of typically-Swedish food.

At King’s garden, we explore the importance of green spaces in Stockholm’s urban landscape and we talk about some key features of Swedish architectural phases, from Gothic to Baroque to modern influences. Starting with the garden’s origins in the 15th-century, and going through its many re-inventions, we explore Stockholm past and present. We will also discuss the origin of Sweden’s iconic falu red paint.
