The guy giving us the jet skis was great! He was personable and easygoing! Fun time on Clear lake and beautiful homes to look at and admire!

unprofessional attitude and treatment by y’all’s employee. unjust blame for paint damage on the jet ski that was shared by a complete independent individual couple that operated the jet ski after me. after both my brother and i were told our jet skis were good and we were good to go and we would get our deposit back the very next day. it is going on day three. i am being mistreated by whoever operates +1 (832) 495-7312 this phone number. getting blamed for something i did not do and without a refund on either deposit for either jet ski. absolutely pathetic how this company handles their customers. can’t believe i chose y’all to celebrate a birthday. unbelievable.

The reviews on Yelp for this business are very accurate. The fact that 2-3 years ago, customers were having issues that I stumbled upon today means that they have not improved. You will find that under the reviews, the owner would comment on them and what they would say would be highly unprofessional. Beware this company lures you in with a confusing website, they charged your card without the required information they say is needed to book the reservation. Once they charge your card, they say no refunds. They are well aware of the problems with customers. They seem to be making a living off of customer’s mistakes. BE AWARE!!!!
