Tommy, our driver, was... - Tommy, our driver, was very friendly and made our ride from the airport to the cruise terminal enjoyable. It should be noted that since the trip was prepaid there was no worry about him taking the “long” way and running up our fare.

taken for a ride (nicely :) ) - We could not have asked for a better service. Picked us up at the hotel- even early- and took us to the pier, during the ride he gave us some history of the area which was very nice.

Best shuttle company ever. - If I could give 10 stars I would. Our plane was delayed and we almost didn't make the cruise. They picked us up at the Seattle airport and we made our cruise. I can't thank Jennifer and everyone there enough. We will use them forever.

Great Job - Our driver was informative and timely. You need to have better signs for the kiosk at the airport in order for the traveler to find it easier. That is all I have to say........

Less expensive, just as good - Excellent service! Saved us money over the cruise line shuttle to Princess Cruises in Seattle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. 👍

Got where we wanted - Was hard to find the spot to get on the shuttle but once we did it was smooth sailing. They should have a sign outside.

A freezing start to our holiday - We booked a round trip for 8 people airport transport. We were stunned by the price, although Seattle Express was the least expensive. One of our party was wheelchair bound. The pickup tram at the airport kept us waiting in very cold and windy weather 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time. The transport from the airport back to hotel was smooth and quick.

Very poor communication on visitor part!!! - Both my friend were VERY disappointed in Viator… we had a scheduled p/u at 11am on 6/14 from the Seattle airport .. are flight was delayed in PDX which we arrived 20 minutes later than are schedule.. I was given NO instructions on where to meet .. I did receive a text at 10:35 that we need to be at meeting place (Seattle seapass) 15 minutes before departure… we had just gotten off the plane just 3 minutes prior … long story short .. we got to the the sea oaks at 11:02.. saying the shuttle had left.. WOW!!!… then to realize our shuttle was name viator at all but Seattle shuttle… never naming viator!!!! Seattle seapass company was great!!

Poor experience on Seatac to cruise transfer - Booked a one way transfer from Seatac to our cruise ship. Our transfer was scheduled for June 7 at 10 am. Checked in at 930am and was told shuttle would be here shortly and to stand at the transfer marker 2. Collected our bags and headed right outside. Checked at 1015 as to status. Was told only a few more minutes. Shuttle showed up at 1040am. Some of the 11 am shuttle folks were in line and the bus was full and were told to wait as our bus was full. I wonder when they got picked up. No one ever said anything. Will not use them again.
