Excellent Service and worth every penny. - We used Seattle Express to get from our Hotel to the Pier and then upon return from the Pier to the Hotel. They were on time to pick us up from the hotel and get us to the Pier. We had to wait a little while when we got off the ship but they kept us posted as to when the Shuttle would be there for us. They had big shuttles going to the airport and those were faster.

Great transfer - Good transfer from Hotel near airport to Pier. Reserved a round trip ticket from Pier to airport when we returned from cruise. Great company. Will use again.

Excellent customer service and smooth ride to the cruise terminal - I was so stressed about how to get from my hotel to the cruise terminal until I found out about Seattle Express. The driver was on time, helped with the luggage, and knew all the tricks about navigating the terminal. She took away any stress I had. I highly recommend this company to make sure you arrive on time to your cruise!

Ride to the pier - We used Seattle Express to take us to our Royal Caribbean cruise ship headed for Alaska. They were fantastic. Kept us very informed, delivered us at the pier and was waiting when we returned from out cruise to take us back to the hotel. I would highly recommend Seattle Express!!

Great shuttle to the cruise ports - Seattle Express was a very reliable form of transportation from our Seatac Hotel to Pier 91 and our cruise ship. I am grateful that our hotel clerk advised us to be early in the lobby because the driver arrived at least 20 minutes early. He waited quite a while and called the names of the people on his list so you are assured that this is the correct shuttle, just don't be the person who makes everyone wait because they don't. I personally like that. The luggage handler was very helpful when we arrived at the port, directing us to the correct line. There were 2 large ships boarding simultaneously. I recommend this company and would use it again.

Great for cruise passengers in Seattle - A planned family trip on a cruise out of Seattle was set and then we needed to get from our hotel to the cruise pier. Seattle Express seemed like the logical choice from transfers from the airport to the cruise port and return. I booked it. Knowing we were going in a day early, I called them a couple days before we set off. I thought we would have to go back to the airport in the morning to get the shuttle. WRONG! We were able to rebook the pickup at our hotel. The driver actually came into the lobby to seek up out. Smooth operation and smooth transfer to the pier. The return was just as simple - go to where we were dropped off to catch the shuttle back to the airport. In spite of the number of people, the shuttles ran very quickly and our wait time was minimal. BOTTOM LINE: I recommend using Seattle Express if you need transportation from the SeaTac Aiport or surrounding hotels to the cruise terminal. And, it is at a very reasonable cost.

Great value! - I pre-booked our hotel to Pier 91 and return from Pier 91 to SeaTac. Seamless! On time and reasonably priced. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend!
