Good to be back. - We had a lovely stay in Seattle again this year. Perfect weather and an enjoyable tour on the Hop On bus. We toured the city the first. It was a little bit crowded on top of the bus. Much better the second day where we visited some attractions on the way. Darlene was our driver the first day. Such a character. Thank you.

Happy in Seattle - The night tour was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun. The city has many sights and this was the cheapest way to see them all.

Fun - This was a fun hop on hop off double decker bus. An easy way to get around town. We did this the day before our Alaskian cruise.

Seattle Ballgame - Pros: This was a great way to see a bit of Seattle. We never had a problem finding a seat. Information on the tour was informative. Cons: Seattle needs to trim their trees, sitting on the upper deck on the right hand side you needed to duck for the many low branches. No air flow on the bottom seats. I understand no air conditioning, but some sort of air flow would help on warm days. Not enough information in the brochure or web site regarding the times it operates. Info was conflicting one place said 24 hrs another said 8 to 4.

Don’t waste your money! - Too much time waiting for crowded buses…at least 1 hour at Pike Market and then we had to deal with passengers buying tickets on the bus…more time wasted! I should have believed the reviews but I have done this in London and NYC and enjoyed the experience.

Not worth the money! - There wasn’t much to this trip. We had already walked to almost all of the sights. We thought it would show more of the city, not just all the tourist spots

Skip this and SAVE YOUR MONEY! - I do my homework and research and after reading all of the negative reviews and against my better judgement and advice my wife decided to try this while we were at the Space Needle. The main reason was because her dad has a bad knee and she thought this would be a great way to get around the city easily right? WRONG! We have been on hop on hop off tour busses in NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, etc. and this one by far was the worst! The bus is run down, dirty, and has trash everywhere especially on the open upper deck. It literally looks and feels like homeless people were living and sleeping up there. The lone single speaker that does the narration is very distorted, hard to understand, and sounds like it's going to pop and blow out at any moment. You can't even hop off at any of the stops unless you walk downstairs (you're supposed to remain seated at all times while the bus is moving) and tell the driver you want to get off. Same thing goes for if you want to hop on apparently. We witnessed an elderly couple at the hop on stop in Chinatown run after our bus and the only reason the driver stopped for them was because we were all screaming for him to stop! For the price you pay you're better off taking an Uber or Lyft and just walk. With so many negative reviews you would think the Grayline company or whoever officially manages it would make improvements but obviously they have not. They will probably give me the same "We will take your advice to make improvements..." response to my review. We got off at Pike Place Market and never got back on. Skip this and SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Waste of time and money! - Absolutely not what I expected. I assumed that there would be a regular schedule. We missed the first bus and waited 30minutes or more for the next bus. Then waited on the bus forever for the ride to start. It took almost an hour for the bus to get to the stop we wanted. We then went back to the stop for a pick up and we waited for over half an hour and no bus came to pick up. Finally called an Uber. Waste of money and time! I called the office for the hop on hop off the bus multiple times to see when they would make our stop - no answer. They need to run more buses and post times.
