Recommend - Best rate to airport. Fairly quick if you have a morning flight. Driver can run a few minutes late depending on traffic.

Driver was on-time and... - Driver was on-time, found exactly where he said he would be, and had good communication prior to the ride. However, his cell phone rang continuously throughout the entire ride. Most of the time he just let it ring and ring but several times he answered it which made me nervous that he was not paying attention to the road. There was heavy traffic at the time and the constant ringing was obnoxious.

Good transfer but arrived late but did communicate - I actually booked two transfers one for my husband and I and then one for my son and his family. The service had great communication. However, they were 45 minutes late picking up my husband and I and we ended up sharing the shuttle with two other people which was not a problem. They were fine and they were just around the corner from our hotel. I wasn’t happy that I had to wait. But it all worked out. As far as my son the shuttle was there on time and accommodated their family perfectly. Our driver for my husband and I did not speak great English. It was a little hard to communicate with him.

From Seattle to Tennessee - Not a bad experience. Driver just had to "dig" out everyone's luggage once we got to the airport. That took sometime to do.

We did get there, eventually - Don't use this service if you're in a rush. The driver will hold the bus while he solicits other travelers for a cheap trip to the airport. There is also another cruise terminal on the way to the airport, which he will also stop to solicit fares if all the seats are not filled. A bit frustrating if you are on a schedule.

It's a terrible company. - I asked to be picked up at seven in the morning, but the car never came. I can't reach you by calling your contact information. I didn't get a reply email. I called TripAdvisor to get a refund, but time spent on the road was wasted. Please stop recruiting for this company because it's annoying.

What a terrible... - What a terrible experience. Paid for an airport pick up that never arrived. Contacted the provider and no one replied. I will never use this service
