Got our cruise off to a great start - The driver was great, picked us up in plenty of time to make our cruise and drove sensibly to get us there promptly. We would highly recommend your company for transportation.

Great communication - Our driver was delayed about 15 minutes from the original pick up time due to circumstances outside of his control. The company sent us updates via text to let us know the issue and kept us updated on his arrival time. He was very friendly, took care of our bags and even with the delay he got us to the ship on time. We appreciated the extra effort to communicate with us while we waited! Great experience!

Great service - Fast, comfortable and friendly staff that although we did not speak English and they did not speak Italian, they still tried to make us understand

A bit more info/ explanation would have been helpful - The bus was nice, ride was smooth and plenty of room. Al the driver was great and the only criticism is that the instructions only tell you to be in the lobby of the hotel (where there is tons of people milling about and you cannot hear anything, and do not tell you that it will be a huge motorcoach that says Beeline on the side, so we almost got left behind because we were looking for a shuttle bus with Seattle Express on the side.

Excellent - Our driver was on time to pick us up and to the port without any problem. He was very courteous and pleasant.

Our bus driver (I didn’t... - Our bus driver (I didn’t get his name) was great. He was kind and friendly and loaded our suitcases into the bus when he picked us up and took them out for us when we arrived at the pier.

Overall great ! - Our shuttle on time, friendly and comfortable. When we were dropped at the port we were given directions on our return trip!,

Save your money runs late - The shuttle bus was over 40 minutes late so we had to buy an Uber to get to our slotted check in time. Customer service wasn’t helpful, I thought they should have reimbursed us for the Uber we had to take since it was their fault. Would not recommend
