Amazing Daytrip - Our tour guide, Ranger Ron, was simply great! He looked after us perfectly throughout the day, was very courteous & funny, showed us great places and told us a lot about them and was very helpful when it came to photos. He took plenty of breaks to go to the toilet and provided water. A really great day with lots of wonderful impressions. Absolutely recommendable a tour with him!

Overall, it was a disappointing tour. - Overall, it was a disappointing tour. Firstly, it's unclear whether this tour is for adults or an elementary school science camp. The guide continuously talked about science at a kindergarten level both on the bus and on the trail, making it difficult to focus on the scenery. Secondly, I was informed that we would return to Seattle around 6 PM, but the guide skipped important point that the passengers wanted to see. We walked to a place that was less than 30 minutes round-trip until the scenery, but the guide decided not to go, saying there wasn't enough time and nothing to see there. I thought there would be more attractions afterward, but we only visited one more place and then arrived in Seattle an hour earlier than expected. Didn't the guide say we were short on time? Thirdly, there were no seat belts on the bus. I’m not sure about Washington state law, but it was terrifying to be on a small 20-passenger bus without seat belts, traveling at 70 mph on the highway. If I ever take a tour in Seattle again, I think I'll avoid this company.
