One day trip - The scenery along the way was beautiful, but the weather was unstable. There was a bit of snow when we arrived at the Paradise Visitor Center. The scenery on the mountain was blocked, and the hiking path was covered with snow, so we couldn't go too far. I believe summer will be more beautiful and it will be easier to experience the fun of mountain climbing. The tour guide takes care of the group members and also goes to major scenic spots. I can recommend it...!

Be Aware !!! Only water. No Snacks or Lunch provide. - Mt. Rainer was gorgeous and our tour guide did her best. Overall the trip was fine, but only water was provided, where it states that snacks (granola) and lunch (sandwiches) would be provided, which makes complete sense since it is an all-day trip. Assuming this, I didn't pack food. I had two apples only because I grabbed them from the hotel on the way out. I then had to buy lunch (which was expensive pizza) up on the mountain. With as many options, companies should deliver the bare minimum of what they state when advertised. When I called, I was told to send an email and when I looked on the website, it was difficult to find the appropriate email. Disappointment and would not recommend. Use another company.

Disappointed - We were expecting a lot based on how the tour was advertised. However, we were left extremely underwhelmed on the actual day. Our driver Richard was pleasant, however, he was not a guide and there was no information or history about the areas we visited. Richard also told us that a $12 service fee was due from each person, which was in our contract apparently! None of our group were aware of this and we made that clear. This seemed very cheeky! Overhall, we regretted booking this trip. I’m sorry to have to write this, but it’s our honest experience.

Don’t book this tour - Awful experience. “Your guide” knew very little about the area. Honestly seemed like she was winging it. Also, she tried to take a mandatory “$12 service fee” then she only brought up 20 minutes before the tour ended. There is no mention of this service fee in the terms and conditions, so I refused to pay. I don’t recommend booking this tour — it’s bad and dishonest.

Disappointing experience - “The guide” was just a driver, not a guide. He did not know the basic information about the itinerary. Missed a stop that was on the list, and was rushing us to get back into the vehicle at every stop. Make sense to drive yourself if you can, pay $30 entrance fee, and stay as long as you want. Save your money!
