Great tour - Our tour was fantastic! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable. We went to areas in the city that were so interesting and the crime stories were fascinating.

Fun and Informative! - Jake was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of historical information along the way. We were making jokes about the fact that we were jumping in a white van for a true crime tour but we felt very comfortable from the start. It was nice to get driven around and there were a few stops to get out and snap some pics at pretty cool viewpoints.

Highly recommend! - I thoroughly enjoyed the Queen Anne True Crime Tour led by Jake! Her engaging storytelling and deep knowledge of Seattle's dark history made the experience both informative and thrilling. This tour is a must for anyone interested in true crime and local lore!

An Entertaining and Educational Tour for Locals and Visitors Alike - Our senior center group took a ghost tour by van with Private Eye on Seattle Tours. It was well worth the price of admission. Jake is a great storyteller and just as good of a driver. (Seriously, her ability to concentrate on everything the city streets had to throw at us AND continue to tell us about the locations we were viewing was practically supernatural.) Everyone in the group currently lives in Seattle, and she had stories and spooky facts that people didn't already know. So, locals, this tour is good for you and the out-of-towners. You get to see a lot of the city, including several spots that tourists don't usually get to see. Overall, the feedback from people in our group was quite enthusiastic and uniformly positive, which is definitely not always the case. I will be planning on taking her True Crime tour at some point, as I'm sure it's also quite good. Book this if you're considering it. You won't be disappointed.

A must do! - Looked forward to the tour for the past couple of years, as I was meant to visit in 2020! Jake has always been super responsive and and she was on time at the specified pick up location. We had a wonderful day, she is so knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your tour and get all the photos you want. For any music or true crime fans, this is a must. As we wouldn't have found these areas on our own.

Fun for the family - We loved this tour! We learned a lot about Seattle’s history. We would recommend this tour if you are from out of town and want to see some great views and learn about the city.

Crime History - We had a great time on this tour. Interesting true crime stories and points of interest. My only wish was we got to get out and stop more but I don’t think that could happen on this type of tour. Our guide was so nice and informative. Went above and beyond.
