Highlights
  • Fremont - The Fremont neighborhood of Seattle has been an artistic wellspring for decades. The community where the artist Henry painted many of his first generation murals will be the central hub from where we will explore the art of Henry, learn about the development of different Seattle neighborhoods over the last 120 years and see how Seattle has embraced art in every facet of our beautiful city.
  • Ballard - Once the fishyist neighborhood in Seattle, Ballard has kept its maritime feel while becoming one of the most artistically vibrant areas in the city. We will visit multiple murals in the area, including the very first ‘Sasquatch’ mural and one of the largest murals that was brush painted by Henry in his early years.
  • Queen Anne Hill - The original ‘upscale’ Seattle neighborhood, Queen Anne hosts some of the best views in the City, the world famous Settle Center / Space Needle and several large scale murals painted by Seattle’s most beloved artist, Henry.
  • Greenwood Park - Once a home to hundreds of fruit trees, the Greenwood neighborhood now contains dozens unique restaurants and of course, several large and colorful murals painted by our favorite dog lover, Henry.
  • Seattle Waterfront - Along the beautiful waterfront is Henry’s Hidden Wizard Gallery, located inside the Seattle Waterfront Marketplace. Here we get to explore a wide selection of Henry’s original canvas art, hats, mugs, t-shirts, prints and the creative work from several more Pacific Northwest artists.
This is an iconic spot to spend a little bit of time. The Gallery faces the Olympic Mountain range across the now open view between the Seattle Aquarium and the Great Wheel. The Marketplace displays the diversity of style and creativity of nearly two dozen local artists.

Such a fun adventure! - This tour was so much fun!! I went on the tour last fall and decided to bring some friends in March. The tour guide, Roman, is a great narrator and told us so much about the art scene in Seattle and other cities. The murals are all very different -- from decorating a house, fence, retail venue, restaurant, garden and even retaining walls downtown. I think my favorite mural was a walrus riding a bicycle. The bus is very comfortable and full of Henry's art. Look for the giraffe that is hiding behind the driver. I purchased a picture and mementoes at Henry's gallery. I'll definitely take the tour again.

Must see art! - It was a great experience to learn more about a local artist that has helped brighten up our community by sharing his incredible art. It was fun to tour the city to find many of his murals! And we were so lucky to have "Henry" join our tour! Roman, who led the tour, had a great energy, was incredibly kind, and was fun to have as a guide! Definitely worth doing as a local or coming from out of town!

A look of Seattle’s art world! - The tour was filled with beautiful murals and fun little tidbits of Seattle history. Ryan Henry Ward, the artist, even made a surprise visit on the tour!

Great experience with visiting parents! - Took my parents on this tour to show them the quirky side of Seattle. Tour guide and driver were incredibly friendly and the entire tour was very engaging. Very fun way and unique way to learn about the history of murals in general in Seattle and see the neighborhoods from a different perspective. My dad is disabled and the driver was very considerate when pulling over for stops. The stops were well timed at a brewery and at a quick drink/food spot. I’ve recommended this experience to my friends as a great activity with visiting parents.

Henry Mural Tour experience - The Henry tour was awesome! Our guide, Roman, was so cool, and you can tell he is passionate about the art. We visited dozens of the artist's murals throughout the city, as well as his gallery/gift shop. His caricatures are sure to bring a smile to your face and he makes Sasquatch look like someone you'd love to meet. And you can visit some primo watering holes to wet your lips and fill your belly. If you are in Seattle, and have a few hours, you can't go wrong with this tour.

Wonderful tour - Our group of 5 had a great time. The tour guide, David, was very informative and funny. He did a great job of explaining the reason for the characters in each mural and also explained the history of the Seattle neighborhoods. There were two pleasant surprises not mentioned in the tour description. #1: Tour stops at Ruebens Brewery to sample beer, use the bathroom, and look at a fabulous mural inside. #2: We stopped at Flatstick Pub to look at more Henry art and eat lunch. We didn’t expect a lunch stop, Our tour ended at 3 pm instead of 2 pm. Which was no problem for our group. But if you take this tour, I recommend not having an appointment immediately after 2 pm.

Fun tour - Signed up for this tour to use up time before our flight home. It ended up better than we expected. The Henry murals and stories about him were interesting and fun. We even brought a few prints home. They make you smile!
