When in Seattle… - Sam was our fun and informative guide! I learned a bunch and have a renewed interest in coffee, especially how it’s roasted and where it’s grown! Loved the cafes we visited. My favorite treat was the mocha macaron from MeeTea Cafe. Favorite coffee was the Lush Life coffee cocktail at Ghost Note Coffee! Thanks, Sam, for a great tour!

Great experience - The tour moved along at a decent pace, neither too slow nor too fast. Our guide, Sam, was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. I enjoyed it and I don’t even like coffee.

Nice tour - Our tour was changed to 2pm which includes bakery tour. We weren’t notified of the time change and felt inconvenienced. The tour at 1pm was just Seattle coffee crawl and the tour guide accommodated us. We were told we could some what of a credit.

A delightful tour for coffee lovers - William was a really fantastic guide, and he did a great job leading a large group of people around the city. He also explained the entire process of growing, harvesting, and supplying coffee to customers really clearly and provided three different types of coffee that were all very different to drink. My only complaint is with the tour company itself, which contacted me after I bought my ticket to ask if I wanted to be moved to a different tour that would offer bakery items in addition to the coffee samples for no additional price. When I agreed, I was told to show my old ticket when I got to the new tour, as they would not be sending me a new ticket. When it came time to take the new tour, no one was at the meeting spot, so I was unable to take it. The tour company apologized and made sure I was able to get a spot on the coffee tour I originally booked, which was scheduled for the same day. I appreciate how quickly the tour company was able to resolve the problem but they were the ones that caused the problem in the first place, so hopefully they will re-issue tickets in the future when changing the details of an already booked tour.
