Great guide, great food. - We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around South Lake Union with Eric. He's personable, knowledgeable, and combines the history of the neighbourhood with detailed explanations about the venues and the food. It's always a bonus to have a chef leading the way because they're able to offer insight and answer questions about the process and procedure of the offerings. Highly recommend this particular tour as a slightly off the beaten path option over the ubiquitous Pike Place Market walks. Don't eat breakfast though - there's a lot of (delicious) food!

Street food tour exceeds expectations - The South Lake Union Street Food tour was incredible! It exceeded my expectations, so many different types of food. You should definitely come hungry and ready to eat. It’s enough food for a large meal. We had 2 types of tacos, an assortment of different flavor bagels, fried chicken, ginger beer and macarons. Chef Eric was extremely knowledgeable and gave us tons of chef-y tips and tricks about cooking and the food we were eating. Everything was super clean and moved quickly and easily through the city. We are visiting from Los Angeles and really enjoy food and unique food experiences and this was the perfect thing to do on a rainy Seattle afternoon.

Great foodie experience! - My husband and I loved this tour. The food was amazing. We were absolutely stuffed by the end making the value of the tour very fair. We e even went back to some of the spots to buy some take away items and went back to one spot for dinner. Highly recommend for experiencing a different side of Seattle away from the busy crowds of downtown. Also a great experience for any foodie.

Eric's food tour was the highlight of our trip! - If you’re in Seattle and looking for an unforgettable experience, I can’t recommend this Street Food Tour of South Lake Union enough. From start to finish, every bite offered something local, unique, and mouthwateringly delicious. But, remember to come hungry (and pace yourself), because there’s a ton of food to enjoy -- so much, in fact, that we had to take our last stop (a dessert) to go because we were completely full. And, the stops were conveniently close to each other, making for an easy afternoon stroll. Our guide, Chef Eric, was great. He was fun, personable, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about food and the local area. It felt like visiting an old friend who was proudly showing us around the coolest spots of his hometown. Eric’s deep knowledge of the neighborhood, the craft of baking/cooking, and his relationships with the chefs & owners at each stop gave us a true “behind-the-scenes” foodie experience that we never would have found on our own. If you’re in Seattle, don’t miss out on this tour. They've found the most delicious bites at the best places in South Lake Union, and we almost felt like locals by the end of it!

Who Knew SLU had All of This? - We are locals but had never been on a food tour and hadn’t spent time in South Lake Union, so we picked this tour. The tastes we had were delicious, savory and well portioned. We left full! Eric is a great guide, personable and noted sites of interest while walking to each establishment. We will go back and have a full meal at a couple of the spots in the future.

Good foods to tempt your palate. - Had a good variety of foods within a relatively small walking area. Foods were tasty and spice level can be adjusted to one’s taste. Eric was great in explaining food prep and what happens to food ingredients as they get soaked, washed, cooked.
