A must do for Sedona - This was an excellent tour. I booked it just to fill the time. I'm so happy I did. Our guide, Kevin, was absolutely the best! We saw quite a few sights. The main mountains were pointed out to us,with time to take quick photos. I was very impressed with his knowledge of Sedona. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Tour for New People to Sedona - Very knowledgeable about the area, rock formation, history, and local lore. Everyone had such a good time! We got to hear flute music from the top of a rock formation, which just added to the experience. The photography area was also just so beautiful! Our guide (Matthew I believe) was fantastic!

Better Option - Drive own vehicle - The guide was hard to understand. He stopped to get transmission fluid for the trolley shortly after we started. While on the tour, he had to break suddenly because a car pulled in front of him. It was then that we discovered at least one of the benches inside the trolley was not bolted down. The sudden stop caused my husband to be thrown forward into the bench in front of him where the couple seated in that bench, that was not fully bolted down were thrown forward into the back of the bench in front of them.

Disappointing experience - No direct number to easily contact the local tour operator. Sent messages via chat but no body responded or called back. We were traveling with 2 kids and the weather was super bad with heavy wintery mix rain, hail and thunder storm and it was trolley with big open windows and inspite of all this we were told the tour had to operate. We were disappointed with the lack of Viator resources to assist.

Try Pink Jeep instead. - They called my phone 10 minutes before the scheduled depart time to tell me they were leaving. We arrived at the address provided EXACTLY at the scheduled time to found they did, in fact, leave early. We were provided no refund or voucher to return at a later day.

Red Rock trolley tour - It was too hard to understand what the driver was saying and we were at the front near the speaker. His English was poor and then the audio equipment was not always working. This was the 11am tour on 10/3/2024
