This helicopter tour covers over 45 miles and shows off all of the famous rock formations and takes you deep into several canyons in the Sedona area! We will take a meandering course by Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, the Praying Hands, Snoopy Rock, Schnebly Hill Road, Steam Boat Rock, Thunder Mountain, and the Seven Canyons Golf Course. Then well fly through Bear Sign Canyon, Secret Canyon, Gunsight Pass, Boynton Canyon, and Long Canyon showing off the ancient Sinagua Cliff Dwellings. On the way back to Sedona we will fly by Boynton Vortex, Cox Comb, Chimney Rock, and more! This tour is highly recommended because of the great detail and the wonderful pace.

Helicopter Ride in Sedona is a 5 Star Trip - Amazing views & great pilot! He is so knowledgeable & made it fun! The red rocks & Anastasie caves are a magical experience to see. We will go again & consider it a highlight of our lives, and we have traveled quite a bit!!!

Apex helicopter tour - The ride was awesome, pilot was great, explained what we were seeing, showed us an elk herd on one of the mountains. Worth having a close up view of things you see from the road and view points. Trip was very enjoyable.

Incredible Helicopter Tour - My family and I loved the Apex Secret Wilderness helicopter tour. A few days earlier we had taken one of their shorter tours and wanted to see more, so we booked a longer trip. We saw a huge elk herd on top of a mesa and many cliff dwelling ruins, as well as the beautiful red rock vistas around Sedona. Our pilot was wonderful.

Fantastic Helicopter Tour! - We had a fantastic helicopter tour over the entire Sedona Wilderness area!. It was our first time in a helicopter. The pilot was a very skilled professional, friendly and a knowledgeable tour guide. He showed us ancient ruins hidden in the cliffs of rock formations that could never be seen from the ground. The ride was very smooth. I am a person who hates heights, but this experience never felt scary. We would definitely do it again!

A spectacular helicopter tour with ApexAir - A spectacular experience with ApexAir, from check-in, to transport to helicopter pad and the tour was all first class service.
The tour is amazing, with views of the canyons that are breathtaking. The only thing I wish, was to stay up longer than we did.
Awesome tour and highly recommended.

Best Helo Tour Ever! - My wife and I along with one of our sons enjoyed an amazing Ancient Ruins - Secret Wilderness Tour with Apex Air. I flew fighters in the Marine Corps for a dozen years; I was an airline pilot for 33 years; I've had a lot of memorable experiences in airplanes, but his Apex Air flight will remain among the very best ever! Our pilot was a superb aviator who made the flying look so incredibly easy, all the while providing us with a most informative narrative of what was passing before our eyes in an absolutely stunning display of color, light, shadow, and form. I've done the Grand Canyon helo tour, and enjoyed it immensely. This flight, however, was exponentially more enjoyable.

Helicopter RED ROCKS - I loved how close we could get to the formations & how informative our pilot is & shared all. A plane tour at the Grand Canyon, the pilot had a pre recorded information, no personal touch like this wonderful helicopter ride!!

Amazing experience! - This was a top notch experience! Alicia was so sweet and very accommodating. The pilot was so nice and knowledgeable. They were so kind and patient with our chatty and inquisitive 5 year old!
