- Courthouse Vista - Experience Reiki & Sound Healing Outdoors in the heart of Sedona’s Red Rocks - a quintessential Sedona adventure!
We will gather at the Courthouse Vista parking area and embark on a 15-30 minute hike, tailored to your interest and ability, until we reach a unique spot with breathtaking views of three of Sedona’s iconic red rock formations. Melina will adjust to your group’s level, guiding you to understand and experience subtle energy and extrasensory perception. The session will start with breathwork and guided visualization, followed by Reiki energy healing and sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls.
Reiki is a healing practice that employs powerful techniques and tools to promote mental, physical, and spiritual healing, aiding in stress reduction and relaxation. It is a straightforward yet profound method of aligning an individual with their Life Energy to foster relaxation, healing, holistic well-being, and spiritual growth. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses various musical instruments to generate healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. Singing Bowls are tuned to specific frequencies to heal different parts of the body and mind.

Together we will do an easy hike to a special sacred spot within view of three of Sedona’s iconic red rock mountains. On the walk and then at this spot, you will first learn about vortexes, healing energy, and chakras and will have the possibility of kinesthetically experiencing this energy through meditation and grounding exercises. Then, you will experience a Reiki hands-on energy healing accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls. It is possible to totally customize this experience, depending on you and your group’s understanding of and experience with subtle energy. A Participant Form is available for each person to fill in prior to this experience to help customize it. Also, an audio or video call is available prior as a free consultation.
