A magical experience - Thank you to all the team for a very special experience. Great organisation, great atmosphere. The flight itself is magical.
My first balloon flight at age 74 - shows you are never too old to experience new things. One slight problem was that I couldn't climb into the basket, soon solved by two lovely young members of the team who lifted me up in their arms (and didn't forget to help me out at the end of the trip!).
A bonus for me was that, having toured Segovia the day before, I was able, from the air, to see and recognise sites I had visited.

Experience 10/10 - I had never ballooned and the experience was amazing, we saw the whole city of Segovia from above. After the trip we enjoyed a peck in the countryside.
It also has a Madrid-Segovia shuttle and the driver is very nice.
A unique experience and exceptional treatment from David as a driver and Saul, Raul and Juan as a ground team.

Just amazing do it !! - We were lucky enough to experience this amazing flight with our ace pilot Luis and his assistant Ron . We had our hotel pickup which was great and a short drive to the take off site .
It was great to watch the set up and enjoy the early morning.
The takeoff was tranquil and the journey just beautiful over the sites and countryside. The pilot Luis was great fun and very skilful .
We landed gently and were offered some cold meats and cheese with cava .
An amazing start to the day !!

Absolutely recommended - The experience and treatment were unbeatable. Before the flight they sent information constantly, which allowed to organize it in a very simple and agile way. Contact has been constant and direct. Also, in the event that it is not possible to make the flight due to weather reasons, new alternatives are offered. Moreover, the flight was splendid and very pleasant. The experience at all became short. Thanks for the professionalism and treatment. Absolutely recommended.

Early morning skies over Segovia - The experience was unforgettable. Our pilot Nyx was skilled and quite personable. Their entire crew was very accommodating and professional. Overall I highly recommend the experience and am certain everyone one else on the balloon agreed.

Balloon trip in Brihuega, not in the fields of lavender. - The balloon ride was in Brihuega, not Segovia. My assessment is due to several reasons:
The first and foremost was the disappointment at seeing that we did not see the fields of lavender from the globe, as I saw in the travel advertising.
And the second, that it takes three hours from the moment you access the balloon until you return to the starting point, but the journey takes 45 minutes scraped.
It must be recognized that the prior organization, the information to go to the pickup point, the pilot's expertise, the friendliness and organization of the food and drink at the landing site, the photos and the video deserve a Rating of 10. My expectations were different and I can't appreciate what I haven't lived through.

A big catch - Very disappointed and dejected for the poor organization of the trip.
After about 45 minutes of flying, we land on a field in the middle of nowhere. We waited about an hour, standing and under the scorching sun for the personnel to carry out the operations of recovery and retirement of the balloon.
I spent 205 euros of which half to watch the operators work.
Also during the flight, they gave us no explanation regarding the landscape and the places over which we flew and no technical information on the operation of the balloon flight.
Nothing.
There were 18 of us and in my sector there were 5 of us stuck together. When I said we were tight for the landing we had to sit for, they put a person in her friend’s lap...
Total disorganization.
