Want to repeat!! - Amazing experience and thanks to all the unforgettable team, the treatment has been unbeatable and being able to participate in the whole process has been a pass. Obedient baloon! - First experiențe with a baloon. IT was perfect, the take off, the Fly and then the labding were incredibile.
Be prepared for cold morning before take off ore even after.
A Little snack and then a glass of Cava finished the experience.
See You mext time!

Ineffable and definitely a highlight - Aerotours did an amazing job. Our first time hot air ballooning. Segovia was so picturesque and the country side so peaceful. The crew were fantastic especially our pilot (I think her name was Nyx??). Once in the air and the gas burners were silent the feeling was ineffable. Would definitely recommend.

Segovia balloon flight wow - From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Floating gently over the castle of Segovia gives the most amazing views.
Our pilot Nyx was very informative, turning the balloon so everyone got the same view.
I would recommend everyone experience a balloon flight, and Aerotours make it very relaxing.

Unforgettable experience over Segovia! - Nyx and her team were amazing! My son and I really enjoyed the ride over Segovia! We were able to see the aqueduct, alcázar, & cathedral from above. The snacks and drink at the end were very nice too. If you are staying in Madrid, I recommend the hotel pick up option. Pablo was on time, very friendly, & took us to Segovia & back. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Worth it! - This is worth every. Single. Dollar. Breathtaking views of Segovia at sunrise. The team picked us up right on time from our hotel. The balloons felt very safe and instructions were clear. We landed in a field of flowers and had a cute little brunch. I would do this again and again.

Amazing Flight - Arranged by Aerotours - The flight was very well planned. I booked at the tourist office by the aqueduct, which was very easy. They were very helpful and showed me where to meet. The crew were very welcoming and Daniel, the pilot, was very skilful. He managed to fly directly over the city - when one of the other balloons was blown off course - and do we were all able to take some fantastic photos.
Very good value and I would recommend this experience.

Segovia from the air 🤩 - If you want your visit to Madrid to be fantastic, you must take a flight with Aerotours. With them I managed to see from the air one of the most beautiful towns in the world like Segovia and truly spectacular landscapes.
The service from its pilots to the logistics team was always of very high quality. I hope to repeat it soon.

Long morning - Fun activity, but was not explained from the start. If coming from Madrid it is at least 60 min drive to the site and then 45-60 min for them to set up. The ride itself was enjoyable, but crammed in the balloon. Then it was another hour for tear down and back to the take off spot for some wine and snacks followed by repeat drive back to Madrid. Plan 6-7 hours

A lot of HOT air !!!! - The day was beautiful and ride was very nice. But would have been better if the man would have told us about the area and the places we saw. He did not even mention where we were or how long he had been doing the job. The driver Pablo was very nice did his best to help us and answered questions. Was a great ride but we never received any pictures from the tour, but they did take them! So not sure where they went to. We only received a single paper.
