Beautiful history lesson! - Carrol was absolutely amazing! We learned so much about the long history of the beautiful city of Segovia. She was a local and shared some less touristy streets so we could get the full experience. The castle was absolutely incredible. With such a short ride from Madrid this is one tour you do not want to miss

Afternoon walking tour with Sergio, Corpo Santo Hotel - The afternoon walking tour focused on historical places - 1st and 2nd bookstores, historical buildings that cannot be changed, historical shops, and a historical skywalk, among other things. Sergio was very knowledgeable, told us information about each historical building and answered questions, He was patient, and made sure we all stayed together and everyone was present. The timing was just right so we did not get tired walking. The tour took place in another section of town from the morning tour so again I became more comfortable with walking around in that section of town, how it connected to the area of the morning tour, and how to get back to the hotel on my own. The hotel was very nice and clean, modern, and well kept. the staff really looked out for you, and if you looked lost they would ask if you needed help. There were snacks available at all times, and there was usually a pleasant surprise sent up to your room in the middle of the afternoon. The concierge were very helpful with restaurants, and when I missed another walking tour in a different section of the town because of a glitch in that company's email system, Miguel helped me get a refund. I loved the breakfast -- I knew it would not be a buffer, and I liked the idea of staying in one place and getting the service. I found the wait staff very attentive and quick to get you anything you needed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Corpo Santo Hotel, and would definitely stay again if I should visit Lisbon.

The best tour in Segovia! - We had Teresa as our guide and she was amazing! Firstly, she knew that we hadn't made a lunch reservations in town so she recommended Meson de Candido and it was just spectacular experience. Secondly, she took us through parallel routes to avoid the crowds and we received an in depth learning experience of the local history and culture of Segovia. Locals are naturally blunt so what might be perceived as rudeness, is actually just normal behaviour. Lastly, the tour included tickets to the Alcazar and it was just great to have an expert guide around to take you around when time is limited. This tour was just brilliant and it was a great day-trip from Madrid.

Definitely the way to see Segovia in a day from Madrid. - A very enjoyable tour overall. The communication before the tour was initially a little confusing (tour times that were contradictory to provided, typos etc) but this was promptly responded to and rectified. Good contact was made to understand our interests to ensure your was best suited to us as individuals. Our Guide had good conversational English, was very knowledgable about the town, history and architecture and was very flexible not only to our interests but when weather conditions (eg rain) affected the walking component of our tour.

It was ok - We did not get to really see the aqueduct. We just stayed down and headed for the other part of the town. Our guide though gave us the history and a brief explanation of the thing. She concentrated more on the Jewish heritage and jewish stuff. The castle tour was also ok. The Cathedral was ok. We appreciated though that our guide really went out of her way to make sure we will get a reservation right after our tour at the Jose Maria Restaurant. So right after our tour, we were able to get our cochinillo.
