1. Once your booking is confirmed, please provide your flight number and specific pick-up location at KLIA.

2. Our customer service team will contact you three days before your trip, allowing you to decide on the pick-up time.

3. The driver will reach out via WhatsApp or SMS one day before the trip to confirm the pick-up location and timing. Feel free to share any preferences for activities or sights during the city tour.

4. If you opt for a city tour stop, you can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you explore Malacca or Kuala Lumpur.

5. Our driver will prepare the embarkation card (white card) for you to complete before entering Singapore.

6. During the journey, you can request a refreshment break or a meal stop.

7. The journey from KLIA to Malacca takes approximately 2 hours, followed by another 2.5 to 3 hours from Malacca to Johor Bahru immigration before proceeding to Singapore.

8. You will remain in the vehicle during immigration checkpoint procedures as the driver will use the car lane to enter Singapore. You may need to present your white card to the officer at the counter, and the driver will guide you on this.

9. The driver will drop you off at your destination in Singapore, providing a door-to-door transfer service.
