Snorkin out with big dog James - Epic day! James was absolutely awesome and got some snaps of us looking cool (despite the suits). Would definitely go with these guys if you're looking to get your snorkel on! 🤙

Amazing snorkelling adventure! - We had the most amazing experience! We were initially worried about the cold, however even in February we stayed nice and warm with the gear provided as well as our thermal base layers. Filip was our guide and was absolutely incredible. He was very informative explaining how the fissures are created as well as a general history of the area as well. He took amazing photos to help us remember this experience. We would absolutely recommend this to everybody!

Amazing, don’t let the cold scare you away! - Everything was very well organized and structured, our tour guide Quim was fun, attentive and energetic and the experience is very worth it overall, as long as you come well prepared. While we were making our way there the day was cloudy/rainy and we were almost regretting having the tour on that day because we thought the visibility would be bad - and we were VERY wrong. The colors were still beautiful and the visibility is incredible. Plus, we were very lucky to witness a beautiful rainbow mid-swim after the clouds dissipated a bit. So don’t be discouraged by cloudy days! Also, as our guide explained, the water comes from the glacier, meaning that it will be freezing cold no matter the season. So just embrace it as a part of the experience and trust that you will be kept as warm as possible with the dry suit. On that note, accept that your hands, face AND HAIR will get wet. And that is actually more bearable during the experience as one would think, but if you have long hair you might want to bring a quick drying towel with you for after the experience. I would also advise you bring a change of warm top just in case some water gets in - I was very glad I had an extra fleece top in my bag because I had some water get through and my top was wet on my right shoulder even under the suit. Lastly, make sure you bring the chunkiest socks you have to keep your feet warm during the activity. They will come out fully dry, but you’ll be happy you had them on. Come prepared and you will love every minute of it. If you feel bold and don’t mind the cold so much, you can even try to dive at the end of the activity in the small lagoon!

Wow! Amazing experience and amazing guide (Arnar) - WOW!!! what an incredible experience! The whole experience from start to finish with dive.IS was so professionally run and completely seamless. I was slightly worried that it was gonna be incredibly cold but actually with all the amazing kid they provide after the first few seconds you don’t even notice it the quality of the water and the crystal clear conditions made the whole experience truly remarkable Also massive shout out to our guide Arnar who took us through the fissure and into the lagoon. I COULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY ENOUGH. 10/10

Great experience - Thought I was going to regret it but was actually an amazing experience and the water is so beautiful. It wasn’t just an in and out excursion, we swam for about an hour and the suit was a lot more comfortable Han other reviews I read. Plus completely kept the water out.

Unique snorkel experience - It was an experience! My husband and I are in our 60's, so we had to get doctor permission to do this snorkel trip. No problem, okay to go. Getting suited up is a little challenging, but the staff is very helpful. (Everything is very tight!) Filip was our guide. He was well spoken and funny and very safety conscious. After our information session, we walked a short distance, across the street, waited in line, went down the steps, put on our fins and we were in the freezing cold water. The dry suits really keep you from not getting cold, but as soon as I stuck my head in the water I got a splitting headache. Ouch! Was told it would go away in a few minutes and it did. The float down the fissure was relaxing. Not a whole lot of interesting sights, but just knowing where you are is exciting enough! Then before you know it, the whole thing's over. You're getting out at a different staircase and walking about twice as far back to the original parking lot where all the dive/snorkel vans are sitting. Then you get peeled out of the dry suit, get dressed, and meet your group for some cookies and hot chocolate. The guide will go over the trip and see how everyone liked it. At that time you can pay $20 for the link to all the photos that were taken during your snorkel. No it wasn't the best snorkeling experience I've ever had, but by far the most unique!

No response to medical injury sustained. - I enjoyed this, although the collar had to be loosened twice. One of the other guides, was concerned I’d lost my colour. I had big deep red marks, that stayed on my neck for just over a week. I did send the company an email, with photos, in case I needed medical care, and I got NO response.
