- Ancient City of Ephesus - Your next visit is to the archeological site of world famous ancient Greco-Roman City of Ephesus. You will enter Ephesus through the Magnesia Gate and begin a slow, downhill walk with your guide into the ruins of this Roman provincial capital. Your route takes you past the Odeon Theater, the Celsius Library, the Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan and the Great Theater. The theater, which seats 24,000 spectators, is believed to be the site where St. Paul preached to the Ephesians; it is still used today for a local spring festivals and concerts.
- The Temple of Artemis - The Temple of Artemis or Artemision, also known as the Temple of Diana, was a Greek temple dedicated to an ancient, localised form of the goddess Artemis. It was located in Ephesus. By AD 401 it had been ruined or destroyed. Only foundations and fragments of the last temple remain at the site
- Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House) - The House of the Virgin Mary is a Catholic shrine located on Mt. Koressos in the vicinity of Ephesus, 7 kilometres from Selçuk in Turkey

Have fun while you learn, you will always be pleased if you choose Mr Ozgur. - Our tour guide was Mr Ozgur. Mr Ozgur was a very warm and friendly person who had a great deal of knowledge, and he managed to impart it well. Some tour guides just bombard you will information and you never remember any of it, Mr Ozgur on the other hand asked us questions and made us think so that we could then see the link between what he told us and other things that we already knew about. It was a thoroughly enjoyable tour and we were fortunate that our tour organiser 'Turkey Insiders' always manage to get the perfect guide for every trip, in this case it was Mr Ozgur.

Ephesus Turkey tour review - The guide Ozgur Varol was very knowledgeable about ancient history. He explained the life and events way back in the history like they happened yesterday. Very detailed and pleasant fellow.

Great Ephesus tour! - Great tour, we were picked Up in our hotel on time and went to Ephesus. Olgü our tour guide did a fantastic work, friendly, joyful, helped some of us all day walking in ephesus which can be slippery in some areas. Most importantly, He’s very knowledgeable in history, he can easily explain everything you’re looking at in this fantastic place. Van ride was comfortable, for lunch Olgu took us to great local spot, good food and price. We finished the day in a beautiful ceramic store, beautiful pieces there.
Highly recommend the tour and doing it with him!

Best tour guide - Olgu was the absolute best! Not only was he incredibly knowledgable, he also has a brilliant sense of humour and a kind nature. We highly recommend contacting Olgu. He can also show you around the town after the tour which is a wonderful bonus ☺️ thank you Olgu!

Amazing day in Ancient Ephesus! - We had a fabulous day with Olgu! His passion for his country and culture shines through his story telling and enthusiasm. We had great conversation about religion and history. Highly recommend him for your day/week/month in Ephesus. Can’t wait to book my next tour with him!

Great guided tour! - Great communication from start to finish. Very good guide. Friendly and professional and very knowledgeable and patient. Ephesus is beautiful and it really helped to have a driver and private guide to explain everything.
Also the Virgin Mary house is really cute and worth a visit

Great biblical & historical overview! - We had an amazing time!! Husseyin gave us the perfect mix of historical & biblical overview. He allowed us to go on our own pace and had all the answers.

Great day out with a great tour guide - An amazing tour with Ersan around Kusadasi and Ephesus. Ersan was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour which made the tour very relaxed.
