2. Our customer service team will contact you three days before the trip, allowing you to decide on the pick-up time.

3. The driver will WhatsApp or SMS you one day prior to the trip to connect and confirm the correct pick-up location and timing. You can also share your preferences for activities or sights during the city tour.

4. Feel free to leave your luggage in the vehicle during the stopover in Kuala Lumpur. We will visit the KLCC Petronas Twin Towers before heading to Fraser’s Hill.

5. During the journey, you may request a refreshment break, and a meal stop is also allowed.

6. The journey from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, and from KLCC Petronas Twin Towers to Fraser’s Hill, it takes another 2 to 2.5 hours.
