Wonderful people The Gambia. - Meeting the people on The River Gambia. They were very welcoming. We were able to see daily life in the villages along the river.

Trustworthy and efficient - Trustworthy pick-up service. Remember to check email for info about where driver is, may not be in the lobby immediately outside the baggage area, but maybe outside one of the entrances.

Friendly Service - Service and Communication was excellent; Was able to reach Pullman Dakar Teranga in adequate time. Will take this shuttle again.

Excellent - Our driver was safe, reliable and courteous. We will certainly use this service if we ever return to Dakar and need transport from DSS.

Could be better - He wasn’t holding the sign with my name. I walked by twice to make sure. They need to track when your flight lands, ask you to text when at baggage claim and then HOLD THE SIGN. my friend landed earlier in the day and she had the same experience.

Safe trip, but no communication - We made it to our destination safely. That was the best part. The driver spoke no English and we spoke no French. So, in the drive that was more than an hour because of a traffic jam, there was no communication. It was unfortunate because there were many buildings or things happening that we could not ask about.

Was expecting a nicer vehicle - The vehicle was not as promised, worn out and no air conditioning. There was at least one point where I feared the doors on either side of the van would fling open and tried to strap in but gave up.

Reliable ride - Our driver was waiting when we cleared Senegal Customs. He didn't say much. His car was older and quite dirty. We appreciated the ride. Next time, I'll ask our hotel to arrange a car. The Pullman Hotel arranged our departure ride to the airport. New, clean and only $25 USD.

No show! - No one from Senegal Shuttle was at the airport when we arrived. We went down the cards and our name was not on any, in case it wasn’t Senegal shuttle. The OAT representative had a sign and they heard us asking for Hitchner. They told us to come with their bus and the OAT REPRESENATIVE called 221777731713 and told them to cancel coming because they would take us. We were not going to wait and have no one show up. We went with the OAT bus to the hotel because we wanted to get there!
