- Yongmeori Beach - Also known as Dragon Head Coast, Yongmeori Beach is a breathtaking natural wonder. It is renowned for its distinctive rock formations, cliffs, and coastal views that resemble a dragon’s head diving into the ocean. Visitors can marvel at the stunning vistas of the rugged coastline, clear turquoise waters, and volcanic rock formations sculpted by nature over time. The area is a favorite for hiking, photography, and exploring the coastal landscape. It is best to visit during low tide to fully appreciate the beauty and dramatic geological features of Yongmeori Coast.

- Sanbangsan Mountain - Formed by intense volcanic activity around 700,000 to 800,000 years ago, Sanbangsan Mountain is essentially a massive lava formation. True to its name, “sanbang,” meaning “a cave inside a mountain,” a cave is located approximately 150m above sea level, housing the Buddhist Sangbangsa Temple. The southern cliffs of the lava dome showcase a diverse array of intriguing formations, including weathering pits and talus scree slopes, some reaching heights of 200 meters.
- Jeju Island - At a tangerine farm, visitors can wander through rows of tangerine trees laden with green or yellow fruits and enjoy picking tangerines. Jeju Island is renowned for its variety of tangerines, and tangerine farming is a major industry on the island. When the tangerines ripen, the island is painted yellow, except in city centers. The harvest season runs from October to February. Visitors can also capture stunning photos while picking tangerines at the farm.
- O’sulloc Tea Museum - A popular tourist destination, the O’sulloc Tea Museum features lush green tea fields where visitors can take leisurely strolls and enjoy the tranquil natural beauty of the countryside. The tea plantations provide a scenic backdrop for learning about tea cultivation and harvesting. The museum includes two cafes offering a wide selection of teas, beverages, desserts, and snacks. A tea shop is also available on-site, allowing visitors to purchase various teas and tea-related products as souvenirs. - Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road - Located along the western tip of Jeju Island, Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road offers a view of windmills lined up along the road from an offshore wind farm. The sight of white windmills against the emerald sea along the winding coastline provides a delightful autumn scene. Visitors can enjoy views of Chagwido Island in the distance while gazing at the blue sea. The road is famous for its beautiful sunsets, making it an ideal spot for photography and sunset watching. Along the coastal road is the Eco Experience trail, featuring a Kelp grouper statue, Wondam Experience Site, and a rest area for selfies with various backdrops.
- Geumneung Eutteumwon Beach - Near the beach, Geumneung Stone Park showcases dozens of stone sculptures by a passionate artist. While many sculptures are traditional dol-harubang, others symbolize various aspects of Korean and Oriental religion, folklore, and society. This park is filled with stone statues created over 40 years, depicting fascinating scenes of Jeju life. As visitors explore the park’s themes and creations, they can appreciate the remarkable individuality and emotion in the faces of these artworks. The park features variations of well-known Jeju statues like the dol-hareubang grandfather stone statues and haenyeo diving women, as well as images of Buddhist monks, teachers, villagers, children, and even farm animals carved from the island’s basalt stone.
- Hyeopjae Beach - Hyeopjae Beach is known for its clear waters and white sands. This long and beautiful shoreline offers a captivating view at low tide, with Biyangdo Island visible in the distance. The blue, translucent water creates the illusion that one might reach the island on foot.
- Handam Coastal Trail - The Handam Coastal Trail stretches along the coastline from Aewol-ri Village, located at the northwestern edge of Jejudo Island, to Gwakji Gwamul Beach. The coast features a popular walking trail, making it a favored seaside destination.
