Value for money and informative experience - Exploration of the palaces. The narrative offered by the guide was intuitive and aided our understanding of the cultural context.

We were not impressed! - We thought that the commentary in English was not that good, and it was also at times hard to hear what was said. The seats were quite narrow, and we had a difficult times to fasten the seatbelts so the driver came back to us several times to tell us to put on the seatbelts.

Would go back to see the rest of Korea - Seeing Seoul's beautiful landmark, we’re able to cover at least 5 out of 14. My only complaint I wished the bus drivers are more accommodating to non Korean speaking visitors, one driver is really rude to me and my daughter.

The worst bus service I have ever taken - We have taken the hop on hop off in many countries. Must say the one in Seoul is the worst. They have Korean as a language to listen via the headset but they are blasting it through the speakers. There seems to be 2 different configuration of buses. The one with the upper decker closer has good AC in the lower level, a must in Seoul during the summer due to high humidity. We were lucky to get such a bus at one point. The drivers were pretty rude, probably they like to cater to western and fair skin tourists

Not good - It is better if you do the city tour. This tour just goes around the city. It's like taking the bus. Goes around important points.

Complete waste of time and money! - Don't waste your time and money! This was by far the worst hop on/off bus tour I've ever taken! Little to no tour description and it's only in Korean.

Hard to find bus stop, waited over 30 mins no bus in sight - It wasn’t easy to spot the bus stop, it’s on the opposite side from Myron’s dong street. Waited for 30 minutes and no bus showed up so I ended up taking public transport to the palace. I wasted the money on the ticket as it’s issued for a specific date, so can’t use it the next day. I do not recommend

Never found the bus - We were disappointed about not getting on the bus! We could not find a location to hop on. We have been on many Hop on Hop Off buses over the years and have never had this problem. We could not locate a map anywhere online. It would have been nice to have a map included in the ticket confirmation! We did see the bus ride by as we were trying to find it but no stop nearby.

Disappointing Experience - It was not a recommendable experience. You can just go to places by bus or subway without any problem. It was just one ride in total. The bus took so long time to arrive to each place if you don't like the place or have visited it already. The other Hop On and Hop Off experiences we had (from other countries) were not like this, there were available bus that roams around the city that we can access anytime.

No added value - The Tickets from VIATOR have zero added value, are more expensive, and no documentation what so ever was received. Ifyou book directly by the bus you receive a map with stopping placed etc. The tour itself is great and shows a lot of highlights from Seoul
