- Imjingak Tourist Information Center - The first start of the tour starts at Imjingak Tourist Site. At Imjingak Tourist Site, you can see the Statue of Peace to honor the victims of Japanese Military Sexual Slavery, Bridge of Peace, Mangbaedan, and Song Monument of Manghyang longing for hometown. You’ll see a spectacle of ribbons tied to the fence wishing for unification. Mangbaedan is a place where the government made a place where displaced people hold ancestral rites on holidays. Behind the altar is a granite folding screen with sculptures of the five northern provinces, Gyeonggi-do, and Gangwon-do.
- The Third Tunnel - It was discovered in October 1978 in a tunnel built by North Korean forces for invasion from the North Korea. South Korea were able to prevent the tunnel before it was completed thanks to information provided by North Korean defectors. It is a historically important tourist destination where you can feel the pain of the history of division.
Here, you can wear a helmet and go directly into the underground tunnel to see. Remember that you have to return your phone in advance because taking photos is prohibited due to national security.
- Dora Observatory - You will travel for about 10 minutes to see the observatory. From the Dora Observatory, you can see North Korea’s Kaesong Industrial Complex and Gijeong-dong Village up close through a telescope. Check the location by watching the information video at the observatory. It will be a time when various thoughts intersect because it is blocked by a divided country.
- Tongilchon-gil - Tongilchon is a direct store that sells souvenirs and food from the Demilitarized Zone. You can buy souvenirs to remember the mysterious DMZ tour.
