Worth the time spent! - This class was so refreshing and straightforward! The process from beginning to end was worth it and the food (which we made) was great! The instructor was patient and made no comments on any (and there were plenty) mistakes! Worth it!

Professional and fun kimchi making experience! - If you love kimchi and you would like to learn all about it, from fresh ingredients to short and long term versions, then this is the class for you. You’ll get all the tips you need for making it at home and a good overview of the culture around kimchi making and eating in Korea. The pace was quite quick as the group is around 10 people but we never got bored. We loved it!

Long-awaited kimchi making experience - First, we went around the market and were given a detailed explanation of the ingredients. After that, they explained each step of making kimchi in an easy-to-understand way, and at the end we sampled it with boiled pork and tofu. All the explanations were in English, but even those who don't speak English were able to understand and enjoy the tour. I participated the day before I returned home, and was able to bring home the kimchi safely! Thank you very much!

Great Beginner Kimchi Class - Met great people and learned the basics of kimchi making ~ now I'm able to easily make my own kimchi, as well as other types just from this one class! Worth every penny if you come to Korea, and so easy to find! Will be booking more classes with this host in the future.

Incredible Learning Experience - This was a fantastic experience and you end up with tons of kimchi. The best part of this experience is that I’ve walked away understanding the basics so that I can make it to my liking at home. Incredible market tour AND cookbook.

Great kimchi making class - My husband and I loved this experience and highly recommend to anyone spending a few days in Seoul. We spent just the right amount of time in the market, hearing from Jun about the different produce and products. We then were coached through the kimchi making process for 4 kinds of kimchi! And they were all delicious, especially the fresh cabbage one. You get to take what you make with you which may or may not be a challenge depending on your travel schedule and baggage situation.
