• For Airport Pick Up any delay of flight arrival or departure needs to be communicated with our hotline. at least 4 hours before the the confirmed flight arrival time - we will reschedule with NO additional cost. If less than 4 hours, the service is considered cancelled with no refund.
• Meet and greet at arrival gate only, if you need first class service please refer to our other VIP-First Class Package.
• (For Airport Pick Up) In the case of no information from you, our waiting service is maximum +3 hours since the confirmed flight arrival time - if exceeded, the service is considered cancelled with no refund.
