Amazing Safari with Topy Tours - The safari was an awsome experience, especially I liked that was very well equipped. Beautifull fancy lodges with very kind staff who took care of us in every moment. Everything was very clean and safe. We felt always very good and our guide Simon did a great job! He explained us a lot about the places and animals, he drove us very safely. Our private chef Richard prepared us delicious meals with local receipts. A special thanks also to Jackson, the organizer of the trip. He was our point of contact for any questions before and during the trip. He organized extremely well all the logistics, hotels, the Safari and the transfers from airport to hotels and back.

Perfect Safari - When I planned our safari it was very important for me to read the reviews of various sites of the chosen company. I saw that Topy Tours had only very good reviews and I decided to book with them. It was a very good decision, as our trip went just perfect. From the beginning on Jackson was very available to help me with any question about the safari and the necessary details. The pick up from the airport, to the hotel and back to the airport was always very punctual and well organised. The safari was just stunning, our guide Simon was perfectly prepared to share with us the wonders of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. He drove us always just in time to see special moments of special animals and thanks to him we were able to see all of the big Five. Also in the lodges we felt really good, everybody we met -generally during all our stay in Tanzania- was incredibly kind. They treated us so well with good food and nice and very clean rooms. During safari Richard cooked fresh and typical meals for us. Asante sana to all people we met during our stay, if we come back to Tanzania we will contact you again for sure.

Best Safari Tour to Ngorongoro and Serengeti NP - From arrival to departure everything was quite well organized, even with an issue with accommodation booking arranged separately he patiently and gently spoke with us to settle. Communication with Jackson was always easy and timely. Tour guide was also a very nice and friendly guy, and thanks to him we could watch all BIG5 and fantastic migration scenes with fun time during the tour. Such an amazing experience with prefect arrangement from Jackson and Topy Tours, and we fully appreciate for the support.

Reliable, economical and very friendly staff. - It was one of the best highlights in our Tanzania trip. Topy tours was economical, reliable and very friendly staff. Right from the point we reached Kilimanjaro airport everything was very well taken care. We had a few concerns during the trip but they were very well taken care by that tour operator like dinner at same hotel which was at different venue prior evening, beer was inclusive ;)

Profesionalism - We booked the "3 Days Private Lodge Safari" in Serengeti and Ngorongoro for the end of July in January 2021, and we can say that our safari was over our expectations. From the very first, Jackson was very open minded of the Covid-19 situation in Europe and he offered us a full refund policy due to cancellation related to Covid-19, we kept in touch during the period until the safari started, and he even made an update to our accomodation, because the prices changed in Tanzania. The team he selected for our safari was more than we could ask for, the chemistry was great, and we had a great time together. Jonathan our driver was very skillful in handling the rough terrain, and he also kept in touch with the other drivers to improve our game drive experience, thanks to him we managed to see many animals, includind a cheetah on a hunt, a rhino in serengeti, a leopard, lions, elephants, giraffes and many more. Jatan our guide had a vast knowledge about african fauna and flora, we could not ask him a question for which he did not have an answer, he also was very good at spotting animals. The food was tasty and the car was confortable. The day we left Arusha Jackson even managed to take us to the Cultural Heritage Centre in Arusha which we really wanted to see, but we tought we would not manage to. All in all I can only recommend this tour operator, because they truly put an efort to offer you the best experience you can get.

Best Safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro - Since our first day of arrival they took good care of us,the Safari was just unbelievable,Our guide Malisa was super knowledgeable and explained everything. Ngorongoro was beautiful,the scenery was really nice,it is a true wonder!Our chef Shija prepared very tasty meals,I would never forget such wonderful dishes during my whole Safari.
