Viator should ensure alignment of terms what is included and what is not with the Agents - I want to say about awful misalignment between Viator booking information and the agent who is performing the event. The driver was not informed about my booking details (1 adult and 1 kid) and demanded to pay for a child and on my words about my booking details didn’t want to listen and literally was going to kick me and my kid out of vehicle. That’s outrageous situation. When the agent said that from our part everything is ok, the evening was spoiled. To behave like that is unacceptable. The concert was wonderful. It’s a pity that I had to experience the rudeness of the driver and lack of professionalism on the part of Viator and the Agent prior to the wonderful event.
