Cave Kayaking Adventure - This was so unexpectedly cool . The scenery was breathtaking, the water was beautiful and beaches were amazing. The caves were obviously our favorite part . It definitely felt like a workout by the end but we appreciated a little sweat during our vacation.

We went out on a sunny... - We went out on a sunny day in February and so enjoyed having the beach all to ourselves. The guide was excellent and we were able to view the beautiful cliffs and sea caves from the water.

Caves by kayak - This guided kayak trip is definitely worth it for the outdoor enthusiast! We are shown caves and beautiful landscapes of the coast near Sesimbra. The guides adapt to the pace of the participants, but I recommend having already tried kayaking before signing up for this activity. There are (small) waves and the duration of the excursion requires paddling for at least two hours. Our guide, Eddy, was very friendly and even offered us farinha torrada (a kind of energy bar) as a snack. The company offers a shuttle service from downtown Lisbon, which is a plus.

Sesimbra, Very nice kayak tour. - Half-Day Kayak Tour in Sesimbra Excellent trip , the views were very beautiful especially the beach of Ribeira do Cavalo.

Great way to spend a day in Lisbon! - Great way to spend a day and see the beauty of Lisbon. They have changing rooms and store you things you don’t need to bring with you. Our guide Eddy was great!

Great Tour! - We had a lot of fun on this tour even though it was a bit windy that day. Our guide was so patient and made our experience fun. The beach was really nice - Highly recommend this tour.

Very nice day - The pickup from Lisbon was at 8:30am. We were a group of 8. We reached our destination after one hour and started the Kayaking after short instructions at 10am. The two guides were nice and helpful. We were free to do the Kayaking on ourselves without being observed or stressed by the guides. So we had fun and enjoyed the whole tour, the beautiful landscape and of course that beautiful beach where we had a stop for 30 min. The tour ended at 1:30pm. Unfortunately we had to wait for more than one hour for the driver to bring us back to Lisbon. So we reached there at 3:30pm and were really exhausted.

Good trip but communication could be improved - We enjoyed our kayak tour and would recommend it, but there are definitely some things that can be improved. 1. Communication - we booked without a transfer, as we were staying in Sesimbra, and it was difficult to find out where to meet the tour. In the end I called a number, was told to arrive 10-15 mins early, and then when we arrived (15 mins early) was told we couldn't book in until 10am. 2. Meeting point - this is a 25 minute walk out of Sesimbra (on the far side of the harbour), so be prepared for a walk or book a cab if you haven't booked a transfer. 3. Details - it wasn't made clear that the kayaks are for 2 people. We are a family of 5 so I ended up sharing a kayak with someone I didn't know. Not a problem per se, but she was a very weak kayaker and I ended up doing all the work. This made the trip harder than it needed to be. We also weren't told at the beginning how long we would be kayaking for in one go, whether we would stop, whether we would swim - or exactly what we might need to take. These details would be helpful at the getting ready stage. 4. Weather - Sesimbra can be very windy, so some of the kayaking can be hard work. It's definitely worth the trip to see the caves and swim on a nice beach, but be prepared for some aching arms afterwards!

Not a Tour for beginners - Driver picked us up at 8:30?and we arrived at 9:15, but kayaking place didn’t open till 10, not sure why we were there so early. Kayaking guides were wonderful and extremely helpful, but this is not a tour for bey, as we were. Its quite lengthy and difficult. We arrived back at harbor at 110, but driver didn’t show up till 2:30. There was a lot of wasted time.
